Be careful when buying Fisher and Paykel. Installation instructions provided were not up to date.When unboxing and reviewing installation instructions we found we were missing an 'exit filter' and related screws. After hours of phones calls to Fisher and Paykel they couldn't even identify the part number to order it and left us in limbo.By chance, we found by updated instructions online which provide a footnote that this specific model out of three does not require this exit filter.These instructions did not come with the product. Terrible service by Fisher and Paykel by delivering a product that has wrong instructions and poor aftersales customer service. Good size inside the unit, could possibly design the cutlery basket to be a tray instead. The controls are simple enough but for custom settings such as tones, rinse aid etc, they use old technology where you have to interpret codes to understand the settings.Fisher and Paykel aren't cheap, we have spent thousands on the brand. Generally their products last however I recommend you think twice because of their after sales service headaches. I for one will look elsewhere in the future.
