I first tried the Medium mask which did not seal well & I tried to exchange for a small and had to pay an additional $33 but that didn’t work either. So now I am stuck with a $100 mask which I can’t use at all.

I ordered the Brevida CPAP mask with nasal pillows.When it arrived, I couldn't get one of the nasal holes to stay open as it should. I had to turn on my machine and open with my finger. I called again, to get just the pillows. Also, I am not racial, but, they had a woman call me that I could not understand and I had to keep asking her to repeat everything as she said they would not send until I paid. I hung up on her. Now, again, waiting on the pillows, two days before my vacation.

Comfort 5 stars. Sanitary 5 stars, the nasal pillow comes with replacements if you don’t want to clean it yourself. Sturdiness of head frame tubing 0 stars. My tubing ripped (horizontally) almost within a month of receiving it. The air tight seal was lost and the machine could not deliver the prescribed CPAP level. The company said they would replace it for free and never sent it. They did send extension tubing. I got tired of leaving voice mails and replaced 5his part on my own. It is pricey to replace this part. If you chose this s product I recommend wrapping electrician tape around the connector between the tubing and the pillow mask before using it. That is where mine ripped. It has the potential to be a 5 star product if they improve the quality.

Over the past 6 months, I have tried 2 different styles of full-face masks, 3 different nasal pillow masks, a full nasal mask, and a nasal cradle mask. My husband also is on a Cpap and he gave me (from his overstock) a new Fisher & Paykel Pilairo Q Nasal Mask to try. It was better than all the others but I still experienced a bit of occasional leakage. In comes the Fisher & Paykel Brevida Nasal Mask to the rescue! It is everything the Pilairo Q is and more. I get a nice secure, leak-free suction and a very comfortable fit. I like that I can sleep on my side without the mask shifting around. I love how the nasal pillows gently inflate in the nostrils.....very secure and comfy. Total winner!
It is one of the best masks I have tried. It doesn’t have a lot of burdensome head gear and is easy to take care of. It also does not leak as much as the other.
The head gear, to which the nasal pillow is attached, is not sufficiently substantial, to keep it in place when I move in my sleep. It shows air leakage as a result.
This is a very comfortable nasal pillow device for CPAP wearers. The plastic ring that connects the silicone nose ports and pillow however, breaks after 5 -6 times you take it off of the hose portion, for cleaning. I go through about 5-6 of these nasal pillows a year, due to the plastic holding ring breaking. Poor product design.
I absolutely hate this mask. It takes me anywhere from 10-20 minutes adjusting it every night so that it fits properly without any leaks and as soon as I lay down, it moves and I can’t feel the air coming in. I’ve switched the nostril piece to a smaller size and it was too small and by morning, my nose was sore. It’s frustrating to the point of not wanting to use my machine at all.
Maybe I have the wrong size pillows, but the inside of my right nostril is getting chafed by the pillow- it is painful to wear and uncomfortable to sleep with. Upsetting due to how expensive the pillows are-as I bought two extra and do not think they can be returned (even if unused/unopened). Leaks when I scrunch my nose up. Other than that the straps are great and do not slide down the back of my head like other brands.
I used my new Brevida nasal pillows mask for first time last night. The fit was excellent. The washable diffuser prevent air from blowing on my very dry eyes. I have tried numerous masks and this is first one to keep air from blowing on eyes. Now the Xidra will work much better. If you have similar issue, this mask might be the answer !
