The user is assured of comfort as each of the pillows is made of a soft texture. The pillows have been designed in such a way that they fit into the nose and do not settle on the upper lip. It has a ball socket design which allows it to move around freely. The tube also settles at the top of the head, which leaves it out of the way. If need be, it can be removed completely to allow for complete rotation. An angled air diffuser in the Opus helps in directing exhaled air away from the patient and their partner.
