The cushion detaches too easily from the mask. When I removed the mask too quickly, the cushion went flying across the bedroom. It can be hard to find, especially when lying on a light colored material.

The seal is OK when I put it on and am awake, but breaks when I am asleep, according to the sleep report. This is with a medium size cushion. Perhaps the large size will work better? The cushion detaches too easily from the mask. When I removed the mask too quickly, the cushion went flying across the bedroom. It can be hard to find, especially when lying on a light colored material.

This mask fits and performs extremely well for me. Getting a new cushion now and then is an economical way to keep that going. Highly recommend.
Small masks shut my nose, medium masks are best, large ones make the edges fart and blatt while I try to sleep from air escaping. Sucks if you're an overweight person trying to sleep! Ridiculous price, but I know that can't be helped sometimes.
This mask is like the original, and works well, unfortunately, after just a few months, the seal between the soft silicone and the hard plastic starts to leak, but my original did that too.
SIMPLUS has been a godsend; at the 19 cm/h20 high pressure, I need a full-face mask and over time has turned to a mask that pressed around the perimeter of my face. Smaller ones hurt the bridge of my nose. SIMPLUS stays sealed without having to cinch it down particularly tight, and the nifty ribbed flexing at the bridge of the nose has forestalled any hurting there, while remaining sealed. I had wondered about under-the-nostrils new full-face designs...and they end up hurting under my nose. Did I say that SIMPLUS has been a godsend for me? So far, it's the only mask that I'd recommend to a friend.
I see people complain about this mask tearing easily and it DOES; but that's because it is soooo soft and thin. So basically I take care of it and it lasts a month, sometimes two, but not longer than that. And to be honest I don't want the same thing stuck to my face for more than a month or two; but that's just me. Love it.
needed a replacement seal cushion for my mask, this was available, priced right, free delivery, no brainer. Popped it in, slept comfortably. If I need another one I know where to go.
Ordered 2 of these as insurance covers so much and i have a copay that has to be paid for each time I do pickup. But this item is much less than what i pay for copay for each and probably still have a bill from local medical place that ends up charging even more over what i already paid for copay. Will buy again as needed or even buy lot if possible for price.
