I love this!!! I use it for digging rocks out of the ground, or breaking them to see what is inside. It is light enough to carry through the desert, or the mountains. It is sharp on both ends, and comes with protective rubber covers for safe storage. We purchased two, and we are both happy with them.
The Fiskars pick is good quality and ergonomic.
This is a great tool for digging in hard clay and working on small trenches.
Got this for digging when metal detecting. Very nice to use and carry. Fits Hammer loops on a tool belt and has never been annoying on long hikes. Also deals with the rocky ground in Tassie with ease.
Nice weight, balanced, use two hands or one. Seemed a little expensive but after using it now for a few hours I'm glad i bought it.
I have only recently bought the mattock so I haven't used it yet. I was impressed by its sturdiness and grip, it feel like a quality product so I'm keen to try it out.
A little pricey but worth it for digging out a flower bed through the roots of a tree.
