Beautiful Health Fitness Tracker

Beautiful fitness / health tracker. This isn’t a smartwatch, it’s a smart device. The difference ? A smartwatch is great for folks who want a mini phone on their rist, but this is for folks who want a device to track their health and fitness and it does so superbly. I also own an Apple Watch SE and highly prefer the Versa 4. The screen is brighter, and more colorful. Easier on eyes. It’s extremely comfortable by comparison. Th battery lasts an entire week between chargers. The app allows logging in food (yep can even scan bar codes), water, weight, sleep, heart, fitness, mental health, recovery, stress and includes meditations and workouts for all types of folks. It’s truly a gem of a device

I received a Versa 4 for Christmas 2023. Within 3 months, it was not reporting sleep score on a regular basis. Also, I wore it during a treadmill stress test at hospital and heart rate was 40 POINTS off! After reporting these issues to Fitbit, they requested screen shots multiple times and dragged out the return process for nearly a month. Finally, they agreed the device was defective and sent a replacement, but they sent a refurbished device. If the original had been refurbished when purchased, I would have expected a refurbished replacement. I certainly did not expect a refurb replacement for a new defective device less than 4 months old. The one-star rating is for the device and for Fitbit/Google crappy customer service. They are losing a long time customer.

I bought this less than 1 month ago. I had worn for a week and had to charge every other day. Spoke to fitbit support who recommended I do a software update to improve battery life. It still didnt last longer than 2 days. Spoke to Very Customer Support after 3 weeks and sent back for refund. The functionality of the watch is not as good as previous models. The battery doesnt last more than 2 days even with battery saving functions enabled. It says it is 5ATM water resistant but if you look up the swimming functionality on Fitbit they recommend buying an otter cover sleeve for regular swimming... so not really 5ATM unless you pay £40 for the cover. Great smart fitness tracker
31 July 2024

This is my first ever fitness tracker/smartwatch so can't compare with other products. I've had it for a couple of weeks now, and I use it every day. I am generally very satisfied with this product. I wanted something that's not too big on the wrist, and this watch fits perfectly. It's comfortable to wear and it's light.I really like how everything is tracked and displayed in the Fitbit app. It also tracks sleep stats, but you have to have Fitbit premium for it (I got a free trial), which in itself is great, as it has much more stats, exercises, etc, but know that the additional stats such as sleep stats people are mentioning in the comments are included only with Fitbit premium. The only thing I noticed is that the watch is a bit inaccurate with step counting, ... MoreThis is my first ever fitness tracker/smartwatch so can't compare with other products. I suppose it's the hand movement it detects. I have to take it off while doing anything with hands (dishes, cleaning, etc.) and driving, as it would count steps. Also, it doesn't always work well with Strava, if you're into that. I find that 20% of the time the map that's imported to Strava is not accurate (while it IS accurate in the fitbit app). I tried resolving this, as I use Strava to track my stats & routes, but it seems it can't be resolved. Other than that, I found no fault with this product and would recommend.

I Love This Fitness Watch!
11 March 2024

I have been using Fitbit watches for the past 6 years, starting with the Inspire2 and then the Luxe. These devices have helped to motivate me to increase my activity and improve my sleep. A premium subscription greatly boosts the value of the Fitbit device, providing workouts, mindfulness videos, and detailed analyses of the stages of sleep. When my Luxe watch began to require recharging after only 2 days and became less reliable, I decided to upgrade. Researching the features and customer reviews of the Charge models, the Sense, and the Versa4, I decided on the latter.I ordered my Fitbit Versa 4 online from the Harvey Norman website. Amazing!I love this fitness watch! It is comfortable to wear, is attractive on my wrist, provides accurate information, has an easy to read display, and a battery life of 5 days. What more could I ask?

Many reasons to like and dislike this Smartwatch! [VERIFIED BUYER]

Amazing super awesome quality built Smartwatch from a company who people spread rumors about privacy safety issues. I'm not gonna lie the Fitbit is ALMOST accurate to the core except one problem. You're only getting 4 stars today because my seconds are entirely off. My Time Zone matches Eastern Standard Time Zone (US & Canada) except it's Eastern Standard Time Zone New York which is registered as Eastern Standard Time Zone (US & Canada) no big difference. I almost had it correct a few times then it would be a second off which is unacceptable either way in order to be an acceptable watch it must be accurate about the time in GENERAL not just SOMETIMES. So I turned it into an experimental device for basic health functions. It can't be relied on as people are ... MoreAmazing super awesome quality built Smartwatch from a company who people spread rumors about privacy safety issues. So I turned it into an experimental device for basic health functions. It can't be relied on as people are reviewing about it. Don't always 100% believe the reviews because it could be different for everyone. I bought this physically through Fitbit them selves on the website not from the streets or some third party. I like Smart devices like this to be as of course as futuristic as possible hence my name. Fitness trackers can be used for more than tracking health some will offer notifications or answering your phone calls and media playback. This is another downfall about this particular Versa Smartwatch it does NOT have media playback if you want that use different headphones or find another Smartwatch that won't render their smartwatch obsolete. I also don't like the fact the seconds are off rendering this Smartwatch as useless and I am probably going to find something else. I tried Garmin that doesn't work either. So then I decided to go with a regular digital watch it tells the time and all the basic essentials a watch needs if you plan on again buying this for media playback or time accuracy please skip this one but remember each experience is different!I will have to tell you I love the sleep tracking it put me up to 7hrs of sleep compared to Versa 3. It looks like the sleeping algorithms are completely accurate I can still log water whenever I feel like doing even though you should do it everyday to keep healthy. Nothing personally bad about the Smartwatch only 2 problems with it is all this thing happens if anyone fixes the seconds off syncing let me know I tried EVERY suggestion as much as possible to keep the watch I eventually surrendered it for a digital watch.

THE WORLD NEEDS TO BE PUT ON NOTICE

This device is HIGHLY DEFECTIVE. If you are within the 30-45 day return period, RETURN IT ASAP. This device is SO defective, that resale value on eBay is $50-60. To make that perform better, Fitbit sacrificed everything else apparently.Your Versa 4 won't sync? Welcome to the club, neither will anyone elses! Don't worry, Fitbit has a solution for you! The solution? Wipe the data that won't sync, delete the device, and re-pair it to your phone and the app. Then, your syncing problems are fixed! Nevermind that you lost all the data for the past four days that you wore the device to track. Nevermind all of that. Now is syncs again! It syncs the NO data that has been added since you last reset it. It syncs NONE of the data from the past four days that it wouldn't sync.I had a 100+ day step streak, going into my ownership of the Versa 4. Then, it decided to stop syncing, stop tracking, stop doing it's ONE JOB, and now the streak is gone, I've cancelled Fitbit premium.Instead of rewarding the early adopters of this device (who deserve the reprieve here) and offering a refund, they are only offering to replace with the same inherently defective device. Suffice to say, one thing I will never own again is a Fitbit.

Terrible Features broke within 2 months
14 March 2024

DO NOT GET THIS WATCH! IT BARELY HAS ANY OF THE FEATURES IT SAID IT HAS. WAY OVERRATED WASTE OF MONEY. BOUGHT FOR CHRISTMAS GIFT and 2 months later it aready won't turn on or charge. WANT TO RETURN IT BUT CAN'T FIND THE RECIEPT. YOU NEED A PHONE TO DO PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING WITH IT SO THERE'S NOT MUCH POINT GETTING IT. ALL IT DOES IS HEART RATE, TIMER, BLOOD PRESSURE AND TELLS THE TIME. Also, it's really delicate so if you bump it the tiniest bit the screen will get scratched. You could get a much better watch for way cheaper. Thought that it wasn't turning on because of a manufacturing fault but a friend's watch of the same model has done the same thing. This watch would be much cooler if it actually worked!

With Apple SE Watch available - NO REASON TO GET A FITBIT VERSA 4

To say I am disappointed with the Fitbit Versa4 would be a MASSIVE understatement. I've had an iWatch series 3 for more than 3 years until I accidentally cracked the screen and it went out of commission. It always read my heart rate during exercise- even if from time to time delayed. All I wanted was for a new device to do the same so I could be consistent with my cardiac output while exercising.I bought Versa4 1 week ago - thinking I would try something new since I always do Apple. It does not read the heart rate accurately during exercise. Strangely, the average RPM which is shown on the activity tracker but further down - does show that I have a higher heart rate at time - but it does not display during activity.I've tried everything to troubleshoot this:1. Google the problem and turned device on/off, checked settings, etc2. Search Fitbit community and post my issue to NO RESPONSE3. Chatted with Fitbit support to have me take the same troubleshooting steps I've already doneSo all in all, for over 1 week I've paid for a device and then have been massively inconvenienced to troubleshoot why it does not work to no avail.Next step is returning to retailer today and buying an Apple iWatch which I know works because that's what I've had before. Why would any iPhone user EVER get a Fitbit? My advice DON'T.
