Caused skin irritation

I brought this product to help keep me on track with my fitness. This has been very helpful and love that it helps tracks my sleep. However I've developed a skin irritation to the watch. I haven't had it too tight nor gotten it wet. It has caused me not to be able to wear it. Be mindful when buying. I'm hoping a change in straps might help.

The exercise options are decent although I have only used walking and running so cannot comment on the others directly.Sleep analysis tracks well and it is interesting to view regarding my light and deep sleep. Although it quite often thinks I'm sleeping when I'm very docile on the sofa. The Fitbit companion app also comes with a variety of other trackers including stress management, water consumption, calorie tracker etc. I received a free trial of Fitbit premium initially with the device but I most likely won't continue with it after it has run out as the extra cost doesn't seem to be worth it for the extra perks it comes with. The variety of watch faces that are available to download feel quite limited but this is only a very minor gripe.Overall I'm pleased with the watch and would recommend it to others who want a smartwatch which is a jack of all trades.

Does the basics for a smart watch in terms of fitness tracking, telling the time, waking you up so and good price point. For me like all the other smart watches I've stopped using it.Good- Battery life better than expected- Sometimes watches have too many features we never use anyway- Smart alarm wake feature definitely a winner but you can get just as good from other watches- Mobile app doesn't bloat your phone out unlike other brandsBad:- Watch strap seems to tear away at my skin overtime- Bit basic - lack of features and being able to configure stuff- Rotation not very sensitive when you want the screen to light up to see the time- Mobile app a bit boring

Fabulous Fitbit!
11 May 2023

This has to be one of the best purchases I've made this year. The watch does everything it says on the packet and more. All the features are well designed and functional with out being too clever to understand. The watch links up with my iPhone and through the Fitbit App I can easily see all the data linked to my exercise or sleep patterns. I find the timer function very useful to have when I'm cooking. It's very comfortable to wear and I hardly notice it's on my wrist. The battery life is excellent and it charges very quickly, which is a huge advantage.

Great upgrade from older Fitbit
17 December 2022

I have had a Versa lite since they came out and decided it was time to upgrade. I went for the Versa 4 and it doesn’t disappoint! The design feels so much sleeker and the new strap design is very comfortable. It has all of the classic Fitbit features, with added tech to track skin temperature, stress levels and readiness.Feel like it’s a lot more responsive than my previous model. Would recommend!

Love it!
12 November 2022

I got this today, teated myself, it was my birthday last week so this was my present to myself! I had a firbit charge 4, which I loved but I then got a cheap smart watch, which had a lovely display but wasn't very accurate with the step count & it keeps disconnecting from my phone. So I got this Versa 4 which is amazing! Yes I've only just set it up & started wearing it today, but it is amazing so far! Its so easy to set up & looks really cool! Well worth the money, after all you do get what you pay for! I love fitbit!

Not an upgrade
2 January 2023

Upgraded (so I thought) from versa 3, lasted 2 days & returning it. Key features are missing, music controls, no WiFi connection, displaying apps on the watch app gone. Tried to track two runs on strava wouldn’t sync. Not an upgrade and back to versa 3. The track your sleep kept me awake and my partner from flashing due to low battery, went to sleep with 53% battery & the flashing drained it to 3%! Really awful product.

Not very impressed

Product has been released to market too soon without a number of the smart features having relevant supporting software available. For example I've contacted Fitbit directly and they don't even have a date when features like Google Maps and From-Wrist calls will be available - which is fairly unacceptable given these are key selling points of the watch. Also - you might expect the Versa 4 to be an upgrade on Versa 3 with additional functionality? Instead it has less - there are no music apps available for Versa 4 so if you want to listen to music whilst you run you have to carry your phone - which is a step backwards in terms of features. At the moment a Versa 4 is a very expensive digital watch that tracks exercise. Oh dear! Back to the drawing board.

Firstly, I should state that I have owned and used the Versa 2 for over 2 years and love it. My plan was to purchase the Versa 4 because the only feature that I missed was GPS. Unfortunately, Fitbit have added with one hand and taken away with the other.A huge bugbear is there is no longer the facility to store music on the watch. The whole point of having GPS is no longer needing to take your phone with you but now it is still required if you want to listen to music while exercising. My main disappointment though, is that this model no longer allows third party apps. The ability to add these apps was one of the best features of the Versa 2. There were many to easily install - from a simple calculator to the wonderful C25K running tool. For me, without these ... MoreFirstly, I should state that I have owned and used the Versa 2 for over 2 years and love it. great watch for 2 months
7 April 2023

It's a great watch, I enjoy the features and the app. But it doesn't last beyond two months. I got it for Christmas, two months later out of the blue it stopped charging, syncing and was very sluggish to scroll through. Fitbit we're good and offered a free replacement if the actual watch face part. However two months later and out of the blue the exact same has happened. Not going to do it a third time and seems to be a repeat issue when looking online. Don't waste your time, I'm hopeful for a refund this time and will either get the versa 3, sense 2 or an apple watch
