I guess the product worked as it should, had a boost and sustained energy during my run. The flavour was hard to take after a couple of hours of exertion. Strong flavour and I was needing to wash it down with water to get it to settle.

Very effective with energy release and tastes as described but not too sickly
These gels are amazing - great zingy and refreshing taste without being overly sweet and no funny tummy. I definitely feel these gels have helped immensely in my training and looking forward to using them for this weekend's half marathon!
Gel X Pro are now my GO to gels! I made the switch from SIS to Gel X Pro and have not looked back! They are easy and fast to consume on the move and sure do the job of fuelling my very long runs and race day nurtrition!
Recently changed to this product for my long runs. Body seems to cope with it. Looking forward to new flavours if/when they come out
These are great. Combined with the Fuel X Pro, this got me through my long run. I feel marathon ready. Easy to get down and very tasty!
