These boots were fabulous but I got a defective pair somehow!!! When they arrived in the mail, there were two pieces of thick wire sticking up out of the footbed on the inside of the left boot. We tried our best to remove the wire but couldn't and the boots were unwearable. I contacted customer service to ask what to do and rather than replacing them, they just issued me a refund. That was great and all, but I had used 5000 rewards points to buy them and I didn't get those back!! 😭😭😭 Plus, when I went to repurchase the boots, they were out of stock and I ended up having to buy the same size/color in a different style for more than what I paid for the defective pair. I love these. Super cute. Good starter boot. Unfortunately, they scuff SUPER easily. My first drop split had a scuff on the heel. Little bit of loose stitching on the back. Two months later they look beat up but they are holding together really well. I wear them 3-4 times per week.I bought the same size as my street size and haven’t had issues.

These are really great heels! I ordered them about 7 months ago and they are still holding up pretty well. I have probably done about 100 stage sets in them and a ton of walking. The only thing that I don’t like is that the shoe soles have worn down quite a bit, but maybe that makes sense for how often I’ve danced in them. Really great purchase and I do recommend. I have them in red and black. Also, order a size up from your normal shoe size. I think that is a general rule with Pleasers. (That is pole grip on the heels, but there is no actual discoloration, tearing, or fraying.

LOVE these boots. After owning both the flamingo and the adore style of boot I prefer the peep toe to the closed toe. More comfortable on my toes. These are my go-to for my drag and cosplay looks now where I want some extra height!The nude colour is great neutral that matches most things. Don’t let the extra height on the flamingo deter you, I actually found them easier to move in then the adore.
This is my first time getting the mid calf cut boot, usually I get the ankle boot cut from pleaser. I was nervous that these would make my legs look shorter but they look about the same as the ankle boot. It probably helps that I got them in beige to match my skin tone. I like that they have a closed loop closure as opposed to the grommets that are on the ankle boot. The closed loop makes them easier to get on and off and they do not snag on my clothes or the club furniture the way the grommets do. The only thing is that my ankles and calves may be a little too skinny for these boots I had them as tight as they would go and there’s still a little wiggle room. Overall very supportive boot and high-quality as ever from pleaser. Definitely recommend.
I can't say enough good things about these beauties. They are comfortable, eye-catching and just all around what I needed. I was nervous about getting shoes since this was my first time dancing in heels. The platform is perfect and makes it even easier to dance. They are the perfect amount of grip to climb without squeaking too much. If you are contemplating them, just get them!! They are reliable and a great staple to have. I am going to order more colors I love them so much. Please also get them if you are a beginner of this is your first time getting shoes...you won't regret it! I also recommend sizing up :)
Pleasers are well known in the platform world for a good reason! I bought a pair of Flamingo 1020s in burgundy for pole dancing classes, and they’re even more comfortable than I was expecting them to be. The platform and the stiletto both feel super sturdy, even with how tall they are. The color is so beautiful, and the finish is gorgeous.I went up a size to get an 8 because I’m usually a 7 or a 7.5. They fit well, though I do wish the laces went through grommets the whole way up because they have a tendency to come off the hooks, which makes the side zipper somewhat pointless because I have to redo the laces most of the time.
After developing my skills for the past year in “ Delight 1018” I decided it was time to upgrade to a higher heel and platform I was drawn to the Flamingo 1021 because it’s first off a classic in the pole world also as well as the full ankle support of an enclosed back. This ankle boot is comfy, sturdy and I feel supported. I withdrew a star for construction/ durability. Upon concluding my first 1-hour practice session I noticed the material all ready beginning to peel. Considering the financial investment made in this boot I expected more or better durability than a one hour practice session causing peeling. With all that being said I’d still invest in this shoe again.

I still go with the same size 5 in Pleasers.I found that the sandle, the open toe, the closed toe boot suede and leather all fit securely.I like the 1020 because it doesn’t is at the right height from my shapely calves.As for the sandle, it’s tight on the width of my foot and the edges of the platform to not align which is okish. You definitely need protectors for the platforms to preserve the wear of the shoe so it’s worth investing in. What can I say. They are absolutely perfect.Tricks&tips:Remember to put tennis socks on, and with a hair dryer, blow them to your feet. They will fit… like a glove, they will melt & shrink to your feet so let the tip of the toe be, you will dance in heaven. Little Plus, after adjusting your laces click down the hooks, with a tool but remember to protect the hooks from scratching while you do it and you don’t have to make the nots ever again or get caught in something while spinning those grooves.
