I was eager to receive this product because I have various areas outside/inside the home I want to seal. I've never used a product l like this so I decided to use it as a test.The spray can application at first seemed like a better idea, but after seeing it in action, I was disappointed. The spray zone was wider than I anticipated which lead to an overspray onto areas I didn't want covered.The consistency was about what I imagined because it's basically liquid rubber that ends up a chunky spray that kind of smooths after drying.The color was exactly as described and the product does seal and prevent water from penetrating after fully drying. I feel applying this product during a better season would have better results overall.The worst thing about this product is the odor. I read the instructions and paid attention to where I was spraying making sure to have good ventilation, but even though I used it outdoors, I could still smell it coming into the home. It's has a very strong odor and doesn't fade as quick as I would have l liked. It almost reminded me of the smell of gasoline.The clean up was more difficult than I had hoped. I tried scrubbing it off areas of my hands that got covered from scrubbing the areas of the house that the overspray came into contact with. I had to use a heavy duty hand scrub just to remove to small spots on my hand and still have find something to remove it from the areas of my home I didn't want sprayed.Overall it's a good product that does what it is supposed to do, but there are certainly drawbacks and a bit of a learning curve. Better weather and more personal trial and error could have made this experience excellent.

I tried Flex Tape on a vinyl floatable cushion that had a minor hole that prevented it from being fully inflated. The tape material was very pliable yet it was extremely difficult to separate the tape off the roll and onto the cushion. I ended up having to use multiple strips of tape as some got caught sticking together when unrolled. The main issue was trying to dispense the tape onto the areas requiring patching. Although, the strength of the tape made for an effective and permanent patch. The cushion was re-inflated and floated without any loss of air.I tried Flex Tape to connect a vent pipe to my clothes dryer. I was able to roll the Flex Tape over the connection joint without having to physically touching the tape. The tile is under the water line and I didn’t want it to pop out while using the pool. The Flex Tape which covered the grout and tile was unable to hold it in place. The tape kept coming off the tile. I would not recommend it be used for tiles submerged in water. Flex Tape is a good product that functions better then most standard grade vinyl/masking tape. Flex Tape needs to find a better way to dispense the material off its roll without causing fingers to get entangled while setting the tape on the affected area.I give this product a 4 STAR Rating for its strength and functionality.

I am easily a fan since the first time I used this, which was on my front porch with a small leak I was having near the top of the screen door. The rubber piece was missing from the screen door which was causing water to flow right through and get the floor all wet below. I took the spray and looked at the instructions which were easy to follow and I sprayed it onto the door surface and the cracked rubber area. I thought it would be messy to apply, but it is an absolute breeze when it comes to the spraying and application process. I am a very happy user of this spray and keep it on hand for all projects around the house that need a seal, or holes that need to be filled. This stuff is waterproof and has held up very well against the rain and the snow and I anticipate it to continue working just as well.
