Poor fit. Not consistent with the fit of other hats of the same size. Material feels flimsy and has no body or rigidity like the picture implies. The package arrived crushed and damaged so the hats inside were squished and malformed. Couldn't return it even if I wanted to according to your return policy.

This is my second batch of hats from R & R and I couldn't be happier. The quality is superior to almost any logo hats I've found, often at 5x the price. And customer service? Amazing! Perfect fit! I was expecting my Flexfit Delta 180 Premium Baseball cap to be crushed in the box, but it was in perfect form. The material is outstanding. It's way better looking than the other baseball caps the other members of the V.V.A. organization I belong to wear. Thank you.
Terrible fit in front. They look goofy in front with a bulk crown look and are not the same as the delta flex fit hats tried on in person
Not the color I thought it was. I seen a black hat, they sent me a grey hat. The invoice description in the box says "Melange Blue", what's that? Too funny, then I look back and find this:"We aim to show you accurate product information. Manufacturers, suppliers and others provide what you see here, and we have not verified it."Okay, if your "aim" is to make sure that you have "accurate" information, why would you not verify it, and point your finger at other folks. I'm sorry, but anything my company sells, is DEFINITELY verified by us. They can do better, and we all know it.BTW, I love the hat, just didn't want the color I received was all...
