This is the 1st flexfit (L/Xl) I have owned that actually feels and looks great wearing forward or backward. The embroidery turned out great. I just wish I could have used the same font as I use on all of my printed merchandise. Other than that I definitely would recommend!

The hat is nicely made and looks exactly like the product picture! Unfortunately I didn’t get any pictures on my phone of it but I gifted this to my dad this year for Christmas and he absolutely loved it! I did order a small and I was worried at first that it’d be too small for his head (lol, and he doesn’t even have a big head, I just didn’t know what size of hat he usually wears) but it worked out perfectly! It’s a little stretchy so it fit nicely!

Super high quality hats, embroidery is excellent, and the turn around is about 2 weeks. Top notch value with no piece minimum. This is my 2nd go with Queensboro and I'll keep coming back. Perfection.

Cap fits fine but the

Cap fits fine but the flex band inside is very rough and uncomfortable to wear. Also the depth of the cap is way to deep for my head to fit in comfortably without hitting my ears. Like that they had an XS size but they didn't adjust the bucket of the hat.

Great Hat

Solid hat. Good quality material. Fittment is as described online. Really glad I made the purchase. My head will be warmer in the winter months for sure. Would buy again.

Great hat for small heads

I've been told I have a peanut sized head. I've always had issues with finding hats and helmets (I ride a motorcycle) that don't make my face look small and fit well. Flex Fit caps fit great, without the stupid, insightly, adjustable straps pulled tonics tightest. Super comfy, elastic hoold does not loosen and keeps rim shape. Soft, durable fabric. Nice hat!

Hats are Nice, customer service could use some work!

I ordered some hats in the the dark grey color and was happy with the color and quality of the product. I decided to order some more of the same hat in a different size. I ordered some LXL, SM, and 2X all in the same color as the first order: Dark Grey. I received my order and for some reason all of the 6 LXL were a dark navy color and didn't match the other hats. I didn't think it was a big deal at all knowing that it was an honest mistake! I called on Monday and they said they would put in a request to inventory to see what happened and give me a call back. I didn't hear back so I called again a few days later and spoke with another person and she said she was put the request in again because they didn't hear back from inventory. Shipping is atrocious

The hats haven't arrived yet, but they want me to review them. Well heres my review, this is my second order from hat pros and the corners they cut to save money on shipping are ridiculous. They shipped my hats from 5 hours away but its been over a week and I still don't have them. Multiple days without shipping updates. It's just terrible, I'll pay more money to order from elsewhere until they figure out shipping. Which is sad because I love supporting veteran owned businesses as I am a veteran and run a small business.
