I'm 6ft6, so all normal desks are just a bit too low for me. And since homeworking is here to stay, I decided to invest in one of those height adjustable desks. After checking out various website and reviews, I decided to go for a FlexiSpot, as they came in the right size, were considered sturdy and reliable, and for a good price. As I have my desk at a fixed height, and won't be going up and down, I went for the single engine desk with the basic control panel.I also opted for a cable tray to make it all look neat and tidy. And went for a bamboo desktop, which looks very nice.So far, I have been very satisfied. The assembly was pretty straightforward for 1 person, but will need the occasional second pair of hands, as the frame is pretty heavy. The holes for the frames are predrilled in the desktop, but as mentioned by other reviewers, there are no predrilled holes for the controller and for the cable tray. But this is not a problem; there is no need to drill these yourself, as the screws are 'sharp' enough to bite into the wooden desktop when applying a bit of pressure (do this with the desk lying upside down on the desktop). The controls are easy and quiet enough. The cable tray is worth investing in because it can hold an extension lead to plug in your monitor, laptop and all, as well as plugging in the desk itself. So all your cables and plugs are hidden away. The only cable you'll see is the extension lead from your wall socket to your cable tray. And that can be in the colour of your choosing. That would actually be my only real criticism: for a desk with white legs, I would really have preferred a white power cable rather than black. All in all very satisfied. And the bamboo desktop is beautiful.

I am completely satisfied with my Flexispot EN1 desk. For anyone considering models, I would recommend the EN1 over the base model due to the programmable height feature. It is easy to program, and I have my standing and sitting heights set so with a single touch of a button the desk moves to my siting or standing positions. It is quiet and fairly fast, and reasonable stable at the standing height (no wobble while typing but a little wobble if I put my elbows on it the tabletop). One caution - I did not have much trouble with assembly, but take your time and follow the instructions exactly, also one important note is while some holes are pre-drilled, a few are not. This was not a problem for me because I have a drill and the right sized drill bit. Butt if you do not ... MoreI am completely satisfied with my Flexispot EN1 desk. And oddly enough, while the assembly instructions were otherwise very good, they simply left this part out!Again, I am very happy with my table. I did a lot of research and bought directly from Flexispot. Some of the other brands on Amazon people liked, but over and over again they said "terrible customer service", but Flexispot customer service is excellent and they appear to stand behind their product, that was the difference maker for me! I used their online chat feature twice before buying and it was very helpful! So buy the desk, you won';t regret it!

Honestly, I am thrilled. I previously had a desktop riser due to working from a built in kitchen desk. When I got the opportunity to move into a normal home office space, it was about six months before I was ready to upgrade to a real standing desk. Biggest improvement over a riser is you don't lose useable desk space, if anyone is considering this alternative.I got the white E1 desk with 30x48 maple chipboard top and dual monitor arms. It all arrived within a week of ordering. Assembly took maybe an hour by myself (37/f), and would of course have been easier with a helper but was by no means strenuous alone. The instructions were better than most build-at-home furniture I have bought in the past, with complete sentences and clear labeling. The desk itself is ... MoreHonestly, I am thrilled. The instructions were better than most build-at-home furniture I have bought in the past, with complete sentences and clear labeling. The desk itself is plenty quiet and fast for my needs. I was worried the chipboard top may be poor quality, but it's very nice for what it is and I feel it will be very durable with day to day use. My old desk (from a local office store) had some cheap design treatment that peeled off like paper when I accidentally dropped a piece of scotch tape on it! So I was worried about going with the cheapest top, but this is definitely much nicer than that and I am not worried at all if a piece of tape touches the surface of the desk. The monitor arms are very nice as well and super easy to install and use. Keep in mind that monitors on arms do still hang over the desktop and use up real estate in that way. I had considered the 24x42 desktop, and for this reason I am really glad I have that extra 6" in each direction with the 30x48.I think I will add on one of the cable organizer trays soon to keep everything looking tidy.Really the only thing I would change is that the basic controls are solid black with very slightly raised up/down arrows. Where my desk sits, I have to lean down and look at them because the lighting doesn't make it visible enough to see which is which. Eventually I'll learn them, but one enhancement would be to make those easier to identify in low lighting/glare situations (maybe one raise dot vs two or something like that). Maybe someday I'll want to upgrade to a bamboo or rubberwood top. But I am very happy with what I got for what I paid and hope to feel that way for a long time to come! I am finally proud of my home office!!

For the level of customization and the variety of options Flexispot really is the best at this price point (SO many hours of research went into choosing them). I like that they had non-rustic wood top options and the motor works great. Desk was easy to install and looks and functions great. I was torn between two sizes, so for reference, i have a 24” monitor and a 16” laptop and it works nicely with the 48” desk and leave room for a utensil cup and a plant and sticky notes. The only downside is the top wobbles between the back and front, but *not* constantly, like when I’m typing or writing on the surface nearest me. It’s more once it is pressed either way it stays there until pressed or lifted the other way. I added my own keyboard tray as I do not like the clamp ... FlexiSpot reviewI’ve worked in front of a computer for 25 years. Sitting all day has taken a toll on my lower back. Having gone through physical therapy recently to learn how to stretch and strengthen my muscles, it was clear I needed to make a change. The FlexiSpot desk has options I wanted at the price-point I needed. It’s been only 2 weeks, but have really noticed a difference in how my back feels overall. And a surprise - I love standing up to work! There is no wobble or feeling like it is going to fall. I wanted the wood or bamboo top, but needed the less expensive option and went for the chipboard. I was really concerned it would be cheap looking or just cheaply made - it is so nice. I also got the 2 monitor stand from FlexiSpot, but was concerned about it damaging the chipboard desk top - the customer service rep assured me it was fine. It seems solid so far and is holding two 21” monitors. Using this freed up enough space to finally have laptop open and use it as a third monitor instead of it always being closed, tucked under a shelf that previously held the monitors.I opted for the Standard keypad instead of basic and happy that I did. I have 3 positions saved and there’s no concern about it raising up too high and hitting a shelf that is above the desk.I can’t speak to its longevity, it is new. But so far it’s a solid purchase that is long overdue. So happy with it!
I'm a corporate buyer and we've been buying Flexispot desks for our office for over 5 years now. I've purchased over 10 of their basic 48" length sit stand desks. I've only had an issue with one when we moved it and tilted the legs and threw the alignment off. We figured out how to reset the legs and it's been working fine since. They're at a good price point and are perfect for low weight usage (we only have 2 mid-size monitors and desk items on it. We also own some of the high end brands and honestly, they do a very similar job. The upper price point has nicer tops, support more weight and have reduced wobble at full height max (critical for very tall people) but if you don't need that then you can feel confident that an EC-1 or EN-1 will be good affordable option ... Finally found the desk I had spent hours looking for.I just started working from home full time, and knew I needed to make an investment in my WFH setup. The new company I am working for does not offer any kind of stipend for a home office setup, so the desk that I got needed to be affordable, aesthetically appealing, and simply work. I got all those things and more with the E2 Pro Standing Desk!It took me about 45 minutes to assemble, and the process could not be simpler. Very nice and sturdy, looks good, I like the finish and color and it's dead simple to use, it just works. The motor is very quiet and smooth, but still plenty fast. The only bad thing is that the holes that were pre drilled in the desktop didnt make that much sense. There were missing holes to secure the middle beam of the desk legs to the desktop, and the holes for the controller didnt match the actual holes in the controller.I wish that they'd give you a power cable with a matching color to the legs, I got white desk legs but a black power cable. And a few more cable clips would have been nice too. But those things are fortunately very cheap. But overall I'm very happy with the purchase, even at full price it's a good deal.
Overall I really like this desk. It's very solid and well constructed and the up/down electronic features work smoothly. It was relatively easy to assemble, though definitely needs two people, and a bit of careful studying of the directions. The faux wood surface it relatively attractive too, nice and smooth. The main thing I don't like about it is that the edging on the desk is a bit too sharp. When I rest my arms on the desk while I'm typing I literally get gouge marks after a few minutes. I have to put something soft under them to avoid this. If they'd rounded the edges I bit, this could've been avoided. And, I think part of the problem is that the desk doesn't go any lower so that affects the angle of my arms. For shorter people (I'm 5/5") I think this would be ... They should make it possible for the desk to go a little lower, rather than the extremely high top height it can get to.
