This iron has made my days all the time, you don’t get any upset stomach..and it has all the other vitamins and minerals to absorb the amount of iron you need, all in 1.Great to have in tablets so you can carry them when you travel!I am anaemic (minor) so I have only 1 tablet every 2 to 3 days, and I see a big difference in my mood and level of energy, better memory and less fatigue!

My daughter has been taking these iron tablets for years and I have for a few months too. We eat quite healthily but don’t seem to absorb it in food and have both been tested as being borderline aneamic. These tablets have helped tremendously with our energy levels and having a 3 for 2 offer most of the time from boots, makes these affordable. They’re easy to swallow and don’t mess with the stomach. Highly recommend, I won’t deviate as I know these work for us!

Arrived quickly, seems to work efficiently (but hard to tell!). Easy to swallow, no taste left behind. All good. I usually take the liquid, but if I forget it ends up going off. Trouble is you need to take it 30 minutes before a meal and sometimes i'm too hungry to wait. Tablets are easy to travel with too as the liquid needs to be kept in the fridge
I was very excited to learn that I could buy my favorite Iron Supplement in tablet form, as opposed to the liquid which I have been taking for a few years now! I will be travelling shortly and taking tablets with me is a far better option than a bottle full of liquid, particularly on the Plane! Great idea! Also, I personally enjoy the taste of the liquid however, an excellent choice for someone who doesn't like the taste but still prefers to take a natural Iron Supplement but in tablet form! :)
These are great every day iron supplements, without the digestive complications and without the taste of liquid versions. Definitely recommend for long term use, if you don't need prescribed strength.
