After suffering from chronic constipation and insomnia for many years I finally found the perfect solution. This product started working from the first dose. I take it every night before bed and within half an hour I'm asleep. The next morning after breakfast I'm in the bathroom and my digestion is working normally. My only complaint is that I cannot bring it with me when I travel due to restrictions on liquids and I have nowhere to refrigerate it. I did contact Salus in Germany and ask them if they could sell me some sample sizes as a travel size product but they said they could not. Hey Vitamart if you have any influence maybe you could ask them about doing this. Would be a great money maker for them I think. Over all a great product.

My girls have been taking Floradix Magnesium for years. When my eldest daughter was very young (5 ish) she suffered constant headaches. Doctors ran blood tests etc and found nothing and we didn't want to keep medicating so started researching causes in children and found that magnesium deficiency is a major cause so started Floradix Magnesium as it is all natural and after approx 3 weeks she was headache free. She is 18 now and still takes Floradix Magnesium and Iron everyday. My youngest daughter started taking both supplements when she was 5 and is 15 now. I cannot recommend these products enough.

I am a 65-year-old female and have found that I was prone to muscle cramps in my upper back, especially in cold or damp weather, making it difficult to do even gentle exercise at home. And the less I exercised, the stiffer my muscles got, and so on. Magnesium supplements seem to help, however in tablet form they are enormous and difficult to swallow. The Floradix liquid form is easy to take every day with my breakfast, and I find the fruity taste very pleasant.
This product is amazing! It is good for cramps and other things like regulating sodium. I'm not a doctor, I'm only sharing my experience. I like the flavor. Quite a sharp, fruity formula. Wouldn't say it was pleasant but there are much worse tasting out there. I take it together with liquid iron to aid absorption (the fruit taste of the Magnesium distracts from the iron taste which is gross on its own). It has completely stopped my restless legs syndrome and I'm able to sleep through the night. Highly recommend.
I use this product for my special needs daughter. She has severe gastrointestinal issues. As a result she is often constipated. Floradix is the only product I have found that keeps her regular. I love this product because it is natural and does not clog her gtube.
I’ve had a leg injury which seemed to leave me with the tightest calf muscles which prevented me from years of comfort when sitting and sleeping and exercising. I took this for 5 days and gone I can sit comfortably and sleep without having to wake up from the pain. I cannot believe this is all i needed all them years. I’m so grateful that I can feel normal in my body now and recommend it to everyone in general who suffer from muscle pains.
