Very nice for their price point. Separate crossovers for mids and tweets, which I assume is for competition installs where those are amped separately. Not sure these are quite *that* "competition ready", but they're pretty good.
Product arrived as expected. We'll packaged with no damage. Install was simple in my front doors of a 2001 olds aurora. Pushing these speakers full range with a JL Audio 300/4 and 10" Acoutic woofer powered by Rockford Fosgate amplifier. These speakers are awesome, clear, precise and Soundstage is amazing. Cymbals are kind of underneath the midrange if you like them more forward. The midrange can be fatiguing, Hopefully they calm down as the speakers break in. Low volume reveal excellent detail with dynamics. I would recommend purchasing these speakers if to be driven with an amplifier with true RMS.
Great sound! I believed the bs about Alpines Type R. Muddy, lack any real punch even with 100 watts. Got the ps 165 f , and they sound great. Always room for improvement, but this is certainly the best you will find on a budget. Would like to add that the manufacturer is pretty sure of their product when they ship these three-day from italy for free (so they would eat this if you returned them).
Brought these speakers before for myself and my husband loved the sound so much i brought these sets for he's birthday,fitted them in and he's over joyed
worth the extra money inmo. playing really high volume sounds so good. I think I may have damaged mine after 2 weeks. car toys will back it %100 including install. I know from experience.
