We wanted to get out daughter balloon numbers 21 for her birthday.The first one deflated the minute we got it to the car. We went back in and they gave us another one and the second one did too. The seams on the balloons were not secure and they kept opening. By the time we got the second one home it was completely deflated. These number balloons are expensive. We won't be getting them anymore from Party City.

I knew it didn't come inflated but I didn't know you couldn't inflate yourself. Normally ballots like this come with a straw so you can blow up on your own. No straw. I didn't realize until 2 hrs before. my fiftieth birthday party. Couldn't use.

Blue #8 balloons- Employee stated that these balloons were being returned due to loss of gas. I had to drive back there twice and decided to just tape the 3rd balloon where the cut slit was. They should have opened,carefully!!,a new box or offered a similar color replacement. If they knew the balloons had been cut why did they keep using them causing leaking issues for customers? Makes me reconsider my next balloon purchase at that store.

Just know that this balloon is huge. I got it in conjunction with some other balloons for my nephew's 3rd birthday and he LOVED them all. I would suggest supplementing the number balloon with some others to form a bouquet with the knowledge that this balloon will likely be disproportionally large in most bouquets.
All of the mylar balloons in the magnificent Unicorn Birthday bouquet for my 7 yr old granddaughter have stayed inflated and made the day more awesome. However, the latex balloons VERY soon deflated which was VERY disappointing. I might suggest that the latex balloons be tied in a knot after inflation and before tying them to the string. The Uber delivery lady was very sweet in handing the balloon bouquet to the birthday girl and made sure that all of the balloons made it into the house before closing the front door!
The two blue number 1 balloons were bright and lovely, BUT we were 5 minutes from the store headed on the freeway to the birthday party and there was a hissing sound from one of the balloons. The helium was out of the balloon before we even made it the 20-minute drive to the birthday party. The second balloon was limp and soft as well. So sad. Wasn't a good day to be a balloon.
I have ordered other # balloons from Party City, in the multiple seasons. This one disappointed greatly. This along with the other mylar balloons deflated almost immediately. I was told it was because of the temperature outside. Mind you, I have had plenty of others in hotter temperatures and not had them completely deflate. I called immediately and received no assistance. When you pay almost $15 for a balloon, it is disappointing. Mind you, a month prior the same style balloons lasted for over a week and were outside.
I purchased 2 balloons, a 3 and a 0. 3 hours after getting them home the 3 popped. The balloons were alone in a room and tethered to a balloon weight. I'm wondering if it was overfilled or just a bad balloon because it popped at the seam.
The good. The pickup was easy.The bad was one of the balloons had a slow leaked and the balloons were being used for a picture. Hence the pics looked weird with one number deflated.
Love the balloons and variety at Party City, sometimes it's the only place I can find the balloons my kids want. The prices though are outrageous for what they are when getting inflated, even with a coupon.
