Bought two for relatives staying over. Used by two adult lads 18 and 19 for a week. Both commented on how comfortable they were. Excellent for temporary beds, folded up and slid them under the spare bed, good size for easy storage.

I bought this bed to take away with me so I didn't have to sleep on an air mattress. It fit into my little hatchback for easy transportation and was light enough for me to carry on my own. It was comfortable to sleep on and easy to assemble/disassemble.It is easy to store as it folds flat and does not take up much room.

I have to admit it's a good price, but mine was a nightmare to get open. It does suggest two people in the manual but in my experience with folding beds they are quite simple to unfold - not this one! Every time I got it nearly open, it would spring shut again. All I got for my efforts was scratched up floors. Eventually after 20+ minutes was forced to stand on one end to get the hinges locked. I had planned to fold it up during the day but don't dare to in case I can't unfold it again. Also, after a few nights it began sagging badly towards the middle on one side- I only weigh 40kg and it is rated to 100kg it says. I switched it around the other way and it seems ok for now but yes, it is not particularly robust (my mum's folding bed has lasted for decades). I was disappointed in the bed as the arm that clips the bed together is faulty, the locking pin is on the same side as the locking arm. This renders it useless, a flimsey plastic clip came with it that only lasted one day, you cannot close the bed. It looks like a manufacturing fault.I am dissapointed as its hard to keep closed when not in use.For the price I paid it is not satisfactory.The service at the Orange store was great but no one mentioned the fault.Thank youMarne Wood0412 864 116
It’s great value for money! Easy to set up and pull down and fits nicely into small spaces.My one is in use daily for the little one who’s transitioning to their own bed. So far it’s been a success! The foam is quite thin however if used daily like me then just add a foam topper, if not used daily it’s still quite comfortable.
Perfect as a guest bed and exactly what I was looking for. Easy to set up and fold away. Lightweight but very strong and sturdy and won’t collapse on you. The springs are good and you don’t have that annoying bar across the middle of your back when you lie on it as it’s designed/set lower in the framework. I’m 85kgs and it’s very comfortable. A foam mattress is supplied with it and has corner ties to tie to the frame if desired and while thin to allow for folding, it’s still comfortable enough but I added a thicker foam layer on top for added comfort. For the price you get a very good product and I highly recommend it.
The bed is a great solution to sleepovers. Compact to fit in a wardrobe and quick to assemble. Higher than an air mattress and quicker to setup with no issues of losing air through the night. Wish we bought this sooner. Item was available and was ready for pickup very quickly.
The bed is sturdy enough for a small to average sized person. The mattress though is quite thin and I purchased a second mattress to increase the level of comfort for my guest.The bed and original mattress is easy to store but now with the extra mattress it is now a bulkier item. My guest found the comfort level acceptable using the double foam combination.
The metal frame itself seems sturdy, however, the springs are poorly joined, sharp and will untangle easily, and the side clips to lock once opened are misaligned - they need to be forced into place. The foam mattress is very thin and it smells like new foam or petrochemicals. It slip-slides on the base (the ribbons don't do much to keep it in place), and worst of all you can feel every spring underneath you. Not for adults without modification. Good for the weight of children, but not safe for their fingers. My view is that it is too hazardous and uncomfortable for a long stay use. I would only buy it as a make-shift one-off use, at a pinch. I used it for an adult guest with two weighted blankets over it for comfort and stabilisation, under the sheet.
