Great product! Been using it for over a year. One of the best L-Arginine capsules out there for the value. Works great for improved circulation.Not sure about previous review and Selenium. If you check medical websites, Selenium is an essential trace mineral found in soil, water, and some foods. It is an important factor in many body processes".
There is no indication ANYWHERE that these are not, in fact, 3000mg capsules. For the price paid, I fully expected them to be! What they are is 600mg capsules that require 5 caps per "serving", making them twice as costly as actual 1000mg pills sold by competitors. Furthermore, they smell and taste terrible, as if they are infused with garlic.

Benefits of this supplement were minimal to the point of unnoticeable.Then there's the smell. These capsules have selenium added to them (supposedly for more effective absorption). I work with selenium everyday to apply a finish to my metal art. Wear a mask and gloves around it because it turns steel black. No kidding. You need it but in tiny, tiny amounts. If you can smell it, and it smells putrid, it's probably too much. And you can smell it all over these capsules.This supplement was so bad, I was compelled to try to steer others away. These smell awful ! I gag at the smell and can't tolerate it.It wouldnt be so bad if I had to take one cap.But no- they advise 5 a day. Gross !Gonna buy a difrent brand.
