Solid and high quality construction. Easy assembly. Very stable for pull ups/chin ups. Slight rocking side to side when doing dips which was easily fixed by adding two dumbbells on the base of the frame. Works good for me at 80kgs body weight.

I’ve been hanging off all bars at 150kg and the product is rock solid. Quality product.
Arrived in 3 days despite Covid. Assembly instructions near useless but easy to assemble so no issue.Extraordinary value at this price. Solid, well constructed and gives easy access to Captain's chair, dips and pushups. Hard to imagine any one piece of equipment capable of developing abs, core and pecs for any where near the price.Get one if you are serious.
i just wanted something sturdy and safe for pull ups / chin ups and i got that + a bunch of extra stuff for different workouts. came quick and was easy to build. Thanks
