Great quality bench, very solid which you can tell even before assembly. Fun to assemble and works great.

I purchased a Monster G12 all-in-one machine from Force USA early last year, and quickly discovered that my FID bench would not work on the Smith Machine for incline bench presses because it would not slide far enough under the Smith bar to work. The bar would literally come down toward my forehead. I tried several benches and could not find one that would work. This was disappointing to me because having that Smith Machine was one of the primary reasons for the purchase. And not only that, but this bench is awesome. It is not one of those wobbly, weak benches that you can buy from sporting good stores. This is a heavy-duty bench! The back and seat pads are strong and sturdy, but comfortable. There are more than enough angles for performing a variety of incline movements. And I love that the angle degrees are engraved into the bench so it is very easy to see what degree of incline (or decline) you are using. I am very happy happy with this bench and would recommend it to anyone. And if you are the proud owner of Monster G12 like I am, you NEED this bench!

Really can’t say enough good things about the service from gym and fitness. Definitely the leaders in looking after their customers they made purchasing this FID bench so easy and the product is amazing
