The beauty of it is that there’s no downtime, ie none of that relaxed doziness you feel as you hit the street after a particularly indulgent facial and just want to lie down, and of course, no walking around in public with a makeup-free super shiny face afterward either. I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! The device uses sonic pulses and your own body heat to deliver the mask into your skin. It also uses LED light therapy. LED light therapy is what you can get at a dermatologist or high end salons. It also helps the skin look great. It actually does make the skin look healthy and amazing. You can see results almost immediately, but if you do this regularly you will see better, more noticeable results. It helps to reduce fine lines, and just make the skin look better. I would love to haven the full device. This thing is amazing.

Before this, I was using gua sha. Gua sha is super helpful but the thing is I was too lazy to do that. Iris does everything herself. In long term, it’s helps with undereye bags, darkness, and wrinkles. So far, I’ve observed these all (note that I had super tiny wrinkles, maybe my new undereye cream helped as well). Good while it lasted

I bought this as a gift to myself for Christmas and I was quite happy with it in the beginning. Unfortunately, 2 months later it started acting up and the first massage option totally deteriorated - the frequency started to slow down on its own until it basically reached the same levels as the SPA massage and now it cannot even get to the initial level of the program anymore. I though it might have sth to do with charging so I tried fully charging it again despite it happened shortly after being fully charged, but nothing changed. So basically now i have a device where both programs do the same slow massage and one of them is even getting slower by the day and it feels like the device will die soon

Helps under eye hollows!

Pleasant and easy to use. I got this for dark circles, which haven’t seemed to change however, my under eye hollows have decreased. It’s like it’s gradually moved some of the cheek fat back to under the eyes and now the hollows are less noticeable. Honestly looks like I had a small amount of filler placed there, which I never have. Have to keep using for this effect, several times a day for at least 1-2 weeks befire noticing a difference. When I skipped several days, went back to usual more sunken eyes.

Potentially this can make the item seem more sought after when the majority are not VC customers, I feel this is a bit misleading.I have shopped with QVC since it first aired in the UK but feel in recent times it is not a good as it used to be.
