I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

I bought The Foreo Luna 3 Plus a number of months ago. I'm not one to leave a review until I've tested and tried, and gotten over the hype of a product. Great device, awful microcurrent first experience

I have the device for ~2 months, I really love the cleaning features, great feeling after using it.However, my experience with using microcurrent feature for the first time is awful. The tutorial featured in the app was for me almost fully useless.I had to spend a few hours on Youtube to go through a pile of influencer videos on how to properly apply the serum and how often, how to avoid very uncomfortable strong tingling that microcurrent creates, etc.This is a huge waste of customer's time, Foreo should be the one reviewing all those videos on a regular basis and updating its (Luna 3 Plus) tutorials and (Luna 3 Plus) FAQ so that the customers don't have to spend their precious private time doing this.

I’ve been wanting a Foreo device since the first time they released in NZ. Finally convinced myself to purchase the new Foreo Luna 3 Plus. I just received it today and used it as soon as I unboxed it. The device itself feels so luxurious. I have to say I am very impressed!!! After just one use I felt my skin was cleaner, softer, and tighter. I enjoyed the warm sensation of the thermal cleansing. The massage feature, including the microcurrent mode, was very new to me but I loved it! At first the microcurrent function was uncomfortable as it zapped my face but I realised I had too much product on so conduction was high. I’d recommend not to put a thick layer of serum when using the microcurrent mode. FYI I used the Fresh Soy cleanser and the Foreo serum.
