I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

But really I wanted to come here and give thanks and my 5 stars to Beauty Affairs! In this current climate (covid) it’s been tough.... I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! To me those are two of the most important things! I can’t go out I don’t have time to do anything... I appreciate anyone who can get me my stuff quick and who actually get back to you! I just have to take a moment to give a shout-out to the team over Beauty Affairs and this awesome little (perhaps not so little :)) company. EVERY time I place an order, it's always perfect. Great deals and prices, great communication, super-fast delivery, great range of GENUINE products. I can't even tell you what their customer service is like because I've never had need of it before! A wonderful mask from Foreo

A truly brilliant mask to reach for regardless of an occasion or time of day. My deciding factor before giving it a go was the high content of the green tea extract which clearly soothes the skin within seconds of application. Combined with the UFO's cryotherapy massage it makes a real treat and if done at night, no matter how very little sleep you manage to get, you're bound to welcome the next day with a radiant, evenly hydrated, glowing and incredibly smooth and soothed skin. Highly recommend.

Just perfect

I have never felt more hydrated in my entire life. It's as if you take a very lightweight substance and fill it with peptides that will keep your skin velvety for hours and hours. Even my undereyes were (finally, for once in their lives) moisturized. It's like Augustinus Bader but in serum form. Brilliant.

Refreshing, Deep Cleansing, Revitalising Nirvana

Having tried the complete Foreo UFO mask range (except Caviar due to lack of availability in Australia), I have to say this is by far my favourite! This Green Tea mask is purifying and beautifully refreshing - it definitely banishes blemishes and keeps my skin in top shape. Love it! It is especially well-suited for summer! I really wish Foreo would introduce some more UFO masks ... they are so addictive!!

Tried them all, but coconut oil stands out to me

I love the coconut oil mask the most out of the collection. The scent is really nice, and it works well for my dry skin. I use it twice a week usually, sometimes three if my skin is acting up. I like to let the serum sink in well and then apply my moisturiser on top so I can seal in all the goodness from the mask.

Have been a foreo fan, after using their products! At first was i skeptical about the product and their price, like why would some facial cleaning machine be at this price and will it work like how its promoted? Trust me guys you will be wowed by their products! I have a combination skin type and due to long hrs of wearing mask ive acne all over my chin area ! Which makes me lose confidence, but I decided to give foreo a try since ive tried out many other acne cream that doesnt work , after 3 weeks my colleague were able to see the difference! I had clearer skin acne wasnt that bad anymore. I will continue to use it !!
