The couch is hard to assemble as the joints between the couch and chase are not even so you cant fully attach them together. We did our best and we have a part of the couch which sits higher then the chase. The chase immediately sagged as soon as one per
One side of the couch is already gone low. I mean there is no springs and foam its already going down and uncomfortable. I think its broken since it came.
i love the look of the sofa. but one side of the armrest adjoining hooks are not aligned. and since the arms was kept under the middle of the couch which is now seller, middle section is weak.
Disappointed to say the least! I wasn’t expecting anything more then waiting room quality and I was right! This thing is hard a a rock BUT what’s disappointing is that the 2 couches to line up like it appears in the photo. The chase section doesn’t sit as high at the other part of the couch and even the shade of black is different. It looks absolutely terrible. I purchased it as a short term solution until we move but I don’t think we will be putting up with this for very long lol.

it came not even 3 days after I did the order , great service , but the cousioning on the couch was a bit to be desired for not good enough n I had to add a bit to foam to sit on so I've had to add my own cousion foam so I can sit and relax on the couch
Firstly I have ordered for Christmas new yr festival .. as our guest are going to visit us n stay with us.. but our whole festival season spoiled because we didn’t get all the screws .. some parts are missing
