Bought it 4 months ago for my new house so only recently moved and opened the bed. The bed was missing multiple panels for the base of the bed and also hardware parts too, this means I am not able to assemble or sleep on the bed. Not happy as I gave the customer service my new address in multiple emails and parts have now been sent to my old address which is over 3 hours away. I have asked for a refund as it has now been nearly a month since I emailed requesting the parts which I stated which ones I needed in my first email.

This bed was excellent value for moneyStrong and sturdy and easy to put together it still needs 2 people to do sobut highly recommended

Unfortunately was sent the wrong bed frame. Shipping time was good though, it arrived within a week.Still waiting on an outcome for my claim - has been 3 days. Hopefully hear back from them soon as I’m sleeping on the floor 😅🤞

Strong, sturdy, easy to assemble. I assembled this bed on my own and I’m a female. I would recommend two people to make it easier. The instructions are pretty straight forward and the bed has plenty of support. The bed head is lower that I thought, that’s my only complaint, it is hidden by the pillows. Very fast delivery too.
