I'm happy enough with the bed but the service was terrible. They sent half of the wrong package, then took far too long to pick it up and resend the correct package meaning that I missed my daughter's birthday, so disappointed. I had ordered in plenty of time but because of their mistake, my daughter had no present on her actual birthday. They lied to me about when they would send the correct parcel and no apology.
