Stephanine Plumm is a woman who lives life to the fullest. She is no saint, but someone with a good heart who has compassion for people even those who have strayed from the straight and narrow. Her cadre of family and friends admire her spunk and determination. It is to her credit that she keeps two very formidable male partners always attentive to her welfare and personal needs. She isn't the woman I'd want to lend my car to however. Great job Janet keep me updated on my heroine's latest adventure.

Evanovich never fails to bring a fresh hilarity to the adventures of the Plum crew! I do enjoy the continuing saga and the fun twists. If you are looking for deep, introspective reading that will edify your soul, this is not the book for you. But if you like a good laugh with some who-done-it mixed in, this book is a great read. But be sure to read the other 26 or so books first. You will be able to follow along better then!!

With all the books in the series, it does get a little redundant. I still liked it. I thought the addition of "Potts" help to mix things up. Also a little of Ranger and Morelli was a good change. Some good laugh out loud one liners.
I always enjoy reading the Stephanie Plum books, even if they are repetitive - they always make me laugh, and this book was no different. I thought the hunt for the treasure was entertaining, and loved seeing that Steph's car karma is still hanging on! Can't wait for the next book!
It was good to see a book that involved Grandma Mazur in more detail as I have always felt her character was funny, yet only a very minor part of in previous books. Having her involved more meant more trouble and more funny "grandparent" moments. The story not only involved her bounty hunter job and a greater involvement with Ranger, it was nice to have another story to follow, by chasing that fortune. An easy, pleasant and funny book to read for a Saturday afternoon escapism.
I am always interested in this series about Stephanies exploits as a bounty hunter. I like her vulnerability, her honesty, and her attractiveness. It is fun to watch her exploits with all the men in her life.
This book sucked. You can tell it was written by someone who doesn't know the characters. I will be returning it asap. I don't give a rip about Gabriella Rose. And what was up with Ranger? He's always super over protective and it's like he doesn't care! And she never calls Morelli first when her life is in danger. She runs to Ranger every time. And he would have told her Gabriella Rose was following her. He's always on top of things. This book sucked sucked and sucked some more. I want a refund.
Janet Evanovich’s Stephanie Plum books are my guilty pleasure. Great suspense, crazy characters… I laughed out loud several times. The book arrived quickly and in good shape.
I have been reading the Stephanie Plum series from book one and this is book 27. Janet Evonovich has a definite talent in keeping your interest in this comedy/ mystery series. You just have to love Stephanie Plum and the two men in her life, Morelli and Ranger. This is my favorite series by far and I highly recommend it to everyone
