They couldn't think of anything more natural than to utilise local native botanicals in making their modern Australian gin along with their signature use of whole fresh citrus instead of dried citrus. As they were making their gin, they noticed they were left with kilos of gin-steamed organic oranges that had been imparted with the unique botanicals from the gin production process. They got their thinking caps on, and in collaboration with another Yarra Valley maker, A Bit of Jam & Pickle, their 'Made from Gin' range was born with the original Orange Marmalade.
