I rate this helmet a 4/5 star solely because of the creaking noise that comes from the mips liner.Any sort of head movement (turning, cornering, talking, swallowing) makes the helmet creak and groan, which is really concerning at speed.Otherwise, I knew that the helmets fit tight for the size so while I normally ride with a size L half shell helmet, I feel comfortable in the XL Rampage.The ventilation is good and the helmet feels sturdy and durable, it's a good replacement for the Rampage I tore up in a crash last month.

I went back and forth between a couple of similar options before I bought this and I'm glad that I did. The helmet is substantially lighter and offers great visibility compared to the one that it's replacing. The thing that really got my attention was the way that it fits. I've worn several full-face helmets in the past and when I put this one I knew it was the right choice!

Those that are e-bike (fat bike) this is your helmet.I bought this helmet because regular old bike helmets will not protect your head as good as this will.Take into consideration your riding a bike that has an electric motor. You're not riding a normal bike that does 17kmh to 25kmh. You're riding an electric motor assisted pedal bike that can go 17kmh to 60kmh. So pending on your speed a regular bike helmet would bust and your head be like a watermelon to pavement.I like knowing that this helmet will protect my head, face, and jaw. It a true brain bucket.Find it comfy I ride every day distance total travel per day 72km to 112km. Ride to work, home, shopping, fishing and parks. The helmet is great.
Helmet sizing guide was very accurate! Followed that and the helmet that arrived fit perfectly. It’s slick, durable, and my new favorite to wear. Lots of compliments on its looks too. Would recommend!
The helmet fits perfect. Ordered a size Medium, my head measurement is 22.25-22.50 inches. The weight is 1225grams, so a bit on the heavier side but no big deal. It's everything that it was advertised as and I have no complaints. It is a bit tight around the ears only when taking it on and off but I'm confident it will break in quite well and not be an issue after a couple rides.
This helmet is obviously high quality, however I found it runs large. I've owned a fox rampage and a fox rampage pro carbon, and fit a size medium perfectly in both. The medium drtsrfr was way too loose on me. I exchanged it for a small, and it was still loose in the cheeks. Unfortunately fox does not offer thicker replacement cheek pads, so I will have to purchase a different helmet all together.
This is by far the most comfortable helmet Ive used. I plan on sticking with Fox Racing from now on. I would recommend sizing up. Im glad I did.
I wanted an upgraded helmet and this was on sale with great savings. High quality. The fit is a tad on the small side compared to actual head measurements and the size chart.My head measurement is 57mm the helmet was a large that was supposed to fit 59-60mm, it fit perfectly. I would recommend measuring your head circumference and using mm measurements as they are more accurate and ordering a size larger than the size chart says fit your head measurement. The cheek pads were a bit tight (fat cheeks) but I just squished them for a few days between two boards and some weights. Overall fits great and feels good. I did see a review talk about the helmet squeaking while moving, it does do that but I never notice it.
The liner and overall fit and finish are a nice step up from the entry level Rampage helmet. My head measures at the top end of the medium size range. Fits my head pretty good, hopefully the cheek pads and liner will compress a bit over time. Docked a star for how squeaky the MIPS liner is, but that's a pretty common issue.
