The mtb helmet trusted by UCI World Cup Champions When the trail is rowdy, rough, and throwing everything including the kitchen sink at you, the Rampage Pro Carbon MIPS Helmet puts you in a ‘gimmie more sink’ mood. This kind of confidence can only come from absolute trust in your helmet, and that’s what you get with the Rampage Pro Carbon. This is performance and protection wrapped in one lightweight, race-ready package. Trusted by UCI World Cup Champions—and designed with direct input from our elite downhill and freeride athletes—its features read like a gold-standard helmet checklist. MIPS , designed to reduce rotational motion and redirect forces from your brain in a crash, is top of that list. Pair that peace of mind with breakaway visor screws that are designed specifically to sheer off on impact and reduce those rotational forces, and that’s protection dialed. There’s no need to sacrifice comfort or performance for that protection either. Dual-density, injection-molded Varizorb EPS liner balances of weight with performance, but also ups the protection further by spreading forces over a wider surface area. Superior ventilation and airflow come care of the injected mesh vent screens, keeping you cool while also protecting against flying dirt and debris, while the X-Static head liner and cheek pads ward off bacterial growth (meaning less of your stink gets into it), and is machine washable. Proven MIPS impact protection system reduces rotational forces in a crash Breakaway visor screws sheer off at impact Dual-density, in-mold Varizorb EPS balances weight with performance Lightweight carbon fiber shell Injected mesh vent screens provide ventilation and airflow, and shield from dirt and debris Moisture-wicking, antimicrobial, washable X-Static comfort liner and cheek pads CERTIFICATIONS CPSC 1203 EN 1078 AS/NZS 2063 ASTM F1952

Fox doesn't offer different cheek pad thicknesses for this Rampage. Apparently, Fox offers cheek pads for every other Rampage model EXCEPT their most expensive carbon Rampage helmet! How is that acceptable?! $600 helmet and no different size cheek pads? The Fox Airspace goggles do not fit this helmet either. Who designed this helmet, anyways?! If you wrap the goggle strap where it's supposed to go around the helmet, it pushes the goggles up and it doesn't make a good seal around your face. The only way it works is if you position it lower on the helmet but then it blocks the rear vents. There is also a gap between the helmet and the goggles in the center. It's due to the way the Airspace goggles are designed. And lastly, the issue with the size: I'm a size medium in every helmet brand. 57cm/22.5in. Every review and even Fox says that this helmet runs small and if you're in between, go bigger. The Medium helmet is a size 57-58cm. I figure since I'm on the smaller side, I'll be fine with the medium. It is snug, but the main issue are the check pads. I removed them and tried the helmet and the fit is snug but not uncomfortable. The cheek pads are too thick and make the fit worst. Again, its a $600 dollar helmet and Fox cant even size it correctly?I'll be looking at the Fox Proframe to replace this one.
