This is an outstanding piece of equipment. Exceptionally well made, easy to construct and slick operation. If you are looking for a space saving method of drying clothes this is your solution.There are only two issues which do not detract from the rating but need to be considered. The power cable is only about 10inches so unless you have a socket nearby needs extending and the bolt fixings are not adequate for mounting to a plasterboard ceiling. I bought alternative fixings bespoke for this type of job.In summary, strongly recommended
