Great case, loads of space for HDDs and watercooling. With the front door closed its surprisingly quiet too. Feels well thought out and well built.

What a case, what a beast! I know they it's big, but you really do have to see it and handle it to believe it. That said it comes well packed including the accesories. It's well constructed and feels like quality! It comes apart well in to in order to give room for your build. I've always found the build cumbersome before needing to squeeze yourself in to get at items. It is extermely quiet using the supplied fans with a Noctua tower cooler on the CPU. Even when using some overclocking it remains cool and quiet. The psu needs to have the cables fitted before inserting it into the case. The only improvement I would have liked would be to have the psu shroud removable to give access to better organise the cables.DG

Build quality very good, finish quality good too. It’s a very clever bit of design and made my build much tidier and easy to access / tweak as I progressed. The XL is huge, probably too large for most but it makes access and updating so easy with all the space available, not to mention room to add water cooling, multiple drives etc. Good case and looks smart too.

This is big, plenty of space for hard drives and very good cable management (although a little experimentation is needed with a large bundle of braided cables from the PSU to enable the case side to close firmly) and very good airflow with the included, very quiet, 3 140mm fans.Easy to build in, although the inclusion of the back plane fixing screws inside the case, while looking elegant from the outside, can be frustrating with a very high GPU extending above the fixing points. A good magnetic screwdriver helps!Airflow from the side vents at the front of the case appears to be very good, even with the front door closed. With an AIO 360mm cooler my CPU temperature at idle is around 10 degrees above ambient. In my opinion it was a 'good buy', does what it says ... MoreThis is big, plenty of space for hard drives and very good cable management (although a little experimentation is needed with a large bundle of braided cables from the PSU to enable the case side to close firmly) and very good airflow with the included, very quiet, 3 140mm fans.Easy to build in, although the inclusion of the back plane fixing screws inside the case, while looking elegant from the outside, can be frustrating with a very high GPU extending above the fixing points. NO RGB as standard is a bonus, the inbuilt fan hub is a nice touch too.
This seemed like a fantastic case, endlessly versatile and top quality. The main problem I've faced comes from using old parts for water cooling. The radiator was too wide to fit in the roof, but this is mentioned in the spec. I had to drill my own mounting holes. It's untidy due to the vented roof but OK once completed and forgotten about. For the sake of a couple of mm width in the case, this is just bizarre. My reservoir/pump is side mounted but the standard case set-up options don't easily allow for this. I mounted it on the adjustable divider plate which meant some extra work and fiddling around but I got there in the end. In fairness, this reservoir/pump caused a similar issue in the original case for my previous build. The optional 5.25 inch drive mount ... MoreThis seemed like a fantastic case, endlessly versatile and top quality. With a windowed case the silver housing of the BR drive stood out like a sore thumb. I used some high-quality card to cover the drive and it did the job.The rest offers little to no opportunity for complaint. I've opted to do my traditional HDD/SSD build and there's a fair bit of cabling behind the motherboard tray. It has been accommodated well and the only thing I'd add would be a couple of anchor points for cable ties in strategic locations. All in all, the cabling is mostly hidden and only visible where it comes through to the motherboard. A very good looking build in this respect.Would I buy this case again? Yes, but I'd take into account what I've learned and use new water cooling components, or stick to a large air-cooler.
Recently built a new system and I knew I was going with a custom loop eventually so I originally bought a temporary case, the Corsair 5000D Airflow.I was looking at cases for a while to house the custom loop I wanted to build and settled eventually on this as I knew I wanted a 360x60mm rad and a 360x45mm rad.I have the rad's at the top and front with 6x Lian-Li Uni SL 120mm 1900rpm fans on each in push pull, and this case houses it perfectly even with the EK Pump/Res combo on the front rad, with mm's spare.I have almost everything for a hardline tubing loop, just need some more fittings etc and I need to decide on fitting a waterblock to the GPU or not, so no pictures yet as I have a temporary flexible tube loop at the moment. One thing I really like about ... MoreRecently built a new system and I knew I was going with a custom loop eventually so I originally bought a temporary case, the Corsair 5000D Airflow.I was looking at cases for a while to house the custom loop I wanted to build and settled eventually on this as I knew I wanted a 360x60mm rad and a 360x45mm rad.I have the rad's at the top and front with 6x Lian-Li Uni SL 120mm 1900rpm fans on each in push pull, and this case houses it perfectly even with the EK Pump/Res combo on the front rad, with mm's spare.I have almost everything for a hardline tubing loop, just need some more fittings etc and I need to decide on fitting a waterblock to the GPU or not, so no pictures yet as I have a temporary flexible tube loop at the moment. One thing I really like about this case is the room in the back, I have got the output from Pump/Res combo going through and up the back and then it comes out at the top and goes in to the CPU block. This case is perfect for custom loops and thick rad's.
Very happy with it. Only disappointments are the 3 pin fan hub along with the risers / cable runs not handling E-ATX motherboards well. Still the nicest full tower I've ever used.
This case is the offspring of an industrial biscuit tin and an elephant, it is well made and mahoosive. I bought it for its capacity for 5.25 drives and having space for water cooling, at nearly 20kg it roomy and certainly fits my requirements. The cages for HD's are a little difficult to find in the UK but can be found, I have 4 coming which should be enough for all my drives, you can also fit an internal CD/DVD if you need to. It should be a huge improvement over my 16-year-old case that is falling to pieces.
Very silent case even if you have old spinning rust. With a 360+ top radiator the build options are somewhat restricted in terms of storage capacity, read the manual first.
I wanted something that I could use as a gaming case and also a plex server with lots of drives. It not only looks great, but wow, how many drive bays could I ever want. Brilliant.
