A case that I've been looking for, plenty of room that provides all types of configuration. The right side of case provides room for cable management and SSD slots that keeps the left side looking pristine and clean. The front allows 4x120mm fans or 3x140mm fans. The case comes with 3x140mm front fans and 1 rear exhaust fan. The meshify door is easy to open and close with removable inner mesh. I removed mine for better airflow. Overall this is a great looking case with lots of storage, if you care about looks, cooling and a huge playground for your components then this is it.

Such amazing compatibility and modularity. This case enables any user to build their dream rig to their heart's desire, RGB, cable managing, and all. It can support 420mm radiator on top and another 420mm radiator on the front. It's amazing. Best case I've owned. I'm not sure why nobody buys, recommends, or even knows about this case in particular. The Meshify 2 XL Light Tinted glass.

I've built in a lot of high-end cases, but this one is my favorite. Good price, grommets everywhere. Lots of room including the space between the bottom of the motherboard and the non-glass door. No issues whatsoever. The one surprise was dealing with a PSU that can only be accessed from one side. I usually connect my cables at the PSU side first, then run them to where they need to go. With this case I found it better to connect at the far side first, route the cables near to the supply and connect them to the PSU last. That was an interesting wrinkle.

Alright, to start, do know that you need to research a little bit if this case is right for you, its a huge case, and you will most likely need to buy a fan controller or two if you wish to utilize all the fans this case can fit. You will need to measure a good amount of space for this monster of a case, and cable management will be an absolute nightmare unless you plan your runs ahead of time. I have some HSP fans for my aio and it keeps my system fairly cool, with the additional fans it just makes this case an easy choice for those who wish to utilize every feature. The Meshify 2 XL is a great case that I would recommend to anyone. There are a lot of great mid-size cases out there, but when comes to full tower cases, there are fewer options, and many of them are ridiculously heavy. This case weighs about the same as the Evolv despite being considerably larger.
In storage mode, the case doesnt support 420mm AIOs at the top. Furthermore, the drive cages are a huge downgrade from the past iteration, the old cages just slid in and out, these ones have to fit perfectly at a specific angle for them to lock, sometimes takes a couple minutes for each tray. Pretty disappointing
This is the highest quality and most thoughtful case I’ve ever owned, it was designed with all enthusiasts configurations in mind. You can put a home server in it or a large custom cooling loop in it. I put two 360mm (1 push/pull & 1 push) radiators and one 140mm (push/pull) radiator in it without any trouble. The manual says you can only fit a 120mm radiator in the rear but that’s not true. I put a 45mm thick in push/pull with no problems. It just limits what you can do with the top radiator. I took out the fans it came with and used my own, they wouldn’t have worked for my build. With 11 fans running through 3 radiators this air flow minded case is pretty quiet, I measure it at 39/40db from about a foot away. Those settings keep my OC’d i9 10850k in low 70’s ... MoreThis is the highest quality and most thoughtful case I’ve ever owned, it was designed with all enthusiasts configurations in mind. I have owned one other fractal full tower case , the design arc . Loved the case , great value for the quality. I set up a EK 360mm AIO with vader fans in this new meshify 2xl , looks nice and I am really pleased with how easy it was to set up . They improved the space on the side panel for cable management , routing everything with the included straps was a breeze . Setting up a 360 Aio was easy , and I liked how the PSU mounts allows you easy access to the PSU. The looks and the space was the main reason for this project, the glass side panel mounts are the best on the market , the solid snap in design allows for clean edges on all sides . I like what they did with this case and I think it was worth every penny .
This case gave me the sweats. I thought it was going to be too big for my desk. But really the whole process of moving my rig from a Meshify C to this case was great. The new XL had bettwe features than I thought. Super pleased with all of it! I love Fractals cases and you really feel you got your moneys worth.
This would be an amazing build for a custom water cooled system-but since I am lazy I want the AIO route. I have a Arctic 420mm AIO for the CPU mounted in the front of the case with push/pull 140mm fans, and in the top I have my GPUs 240mm AIO with push/pull fans, plus two extra 120mm fans up top. There is one more 140mm mounted in the basement, and another mounted in the back. Thats 8 140mm fans and 6 120mm fans. I wanted to make my system as cool and as quiet as possible-and my Arctic P12 and P14 series PWM fans have not disappointed. This case just eats it all up and asks for more! If you are into custom water loops, this seems like the best CASE scenario for you if you want insane cooling capacity. But, if youre lazy like me and want to use huge AIOs with next to zero maintenance, its great for that too. Huge case with unrestricted rad mounting possibilities, excellent build quality, and a really nice aesthetic (IMHO). Would recommend!
