Purchased three of these for family members, and each one of them were impressed. My little niece especially loved her Wild Ones - Rain Forest pattern which she takes every where. Initially, I will say, they do appear small, however, just like the Doctor's Tardis you will be surprised of just how much you can fit into the cup. The sample teabags were not only a lovely edition to my purchases, but were enjoyed by myself as well as friends and family too. Flavours favoured most were, Organic Mint, Tropical Green and the unusual Chocolate and Ginger. It's leaking. No matter how many times I put it apart and how carefully I reassemble it, it's leaking. It's not eocket scienc3 and I'm pretty sure that I'm doing it in the right way. I used to have a Frank Green reusable cup and it worked really well. But it's not always the case. The parts are too loose by default. I expected a much more reliable product for this price. :(

Frank Green Ceramic Mug:- Insulation: Can keep tea (with milk) warm for 2 hours, not the best but enough time for most people.- Leak-proof: Does leak if not kept upright.- Lid: Very good design with push button lid, easy to drink, simple to open/close and you can take apart the pieces and clean. Comes with instructions on how to take apart and re-assemble.- Ceramic Lining: Does hold faint smells but doesn't seem to affect taste (depends on your senses).- Materials: The lid is BPA free plastic, the body is spray painted/stainless steel with the ceramic lining inner.- Weight: 230g (The lightest ceramic mug I could find was 300g).Would highly recommend for home/office use and short trips, not the best for hiking and long journeys.

This product is very compact, handy for popping in a bag or in car cup holder without getting in the way of the gear stick. Love the simple design and different colours available. The 340ml/12oz cup is (I believe) the same as a Costa Medio/medium or Starbucks Tall drink. Love the soft touch material. I like that the measurement is etched in the rim of the cup/ max fill line so you can refer to this when out and about, and don't need to remember the size. It keeps the heat long enough for me to drink in the time I want to without scorching my mouth. Simple single handed push mechanism to open the drinking spout. Regular price is a bit steep and personally I wouldn't pay for it at full price but glad I got this in the sale at half the price.
It’s a great concept. They’re pleasing to the eye and it really is spill proof. However, after following the care instructions religiously, I’ve found that the coloured coating is starting to scratch off. I’ve email Frank Green about it and am yet to receive a response. Would I buy it again? Probably. Is the quality what I’d expect? No. But the spill proof factor wins in my eyes.
The flask absolutely looks amazing and is very handy.Bought it december 2021, today I am cleaning my kitchendrawer and it has to go. I only used it a couple of times back then. And each time the hot water was in my backpack making everything wet or on the floor during a meeting out of my big handbag. Reassembling it doesn’t work.
Beautiful colour. Nice to hold. Keeps drinks hot for a long time. But coffee in this cup was so tainted that I couldn’t drink it. Bought this as I don’t like the metallic tase in metal cups and don’t want to drink hot drinks from plastic, but this was worse than a metal cup-the tase was really nasty! My husband ( who doesn’t mind a metal cup) had the same experience. Purchasing this was an expensive mistake. If I could have given this zero stars I would have. It was a total waste of money!

This flask….it is a tea game changer! 🫖 🍵— I love my teas, green tea, black tea, Indian chai; bring it! However, when I drink from a normal mug, it’s a brief passing experience; a few minutes at best.With this flask, I’m now able to enjoy a great cup of tea for hours! No exaggeration! Keeps liquids HOT for 2-3 hours. What an elongated enjoyable experience.Highly recommend this flask. Do be careful, obviously drinking from it; little sips - do be aware of the temp. But if you like long, morning walks with a comforting flask or enjoy lovely bursts of tea throughout the afternoon - this is THE one!
I left a rather negative review earlier due to the unpleasant surprise that my flask was not only leaking (in bg, with my laptop inside...), but irreparable: putting apart and assembling it again did not fix the problem. After my review, the Bird and Blend team kindly contacted me and I received a replacement flask that I've been using for three months without any problems. To be honest, it took me some time to trust it and put it into my backpack again... I very much appreciated the kind tone of the communication, the lovely tea samples I received as a gift with my flask, and, obviously, the fact that I have a great flask again, which I can use with leaf tea, including my daily yerba mate... Thank you very much for the team helping me to have this experience (again).
