Solid, and got it while on sale. So, it was a very good buy .Customer service was exceptional . I didn’t open the box till 2 weeks later because I was in the middle of renovations. When opened, there was a slight dent in one of the bowls, called AO amd they requested for me to send a pic via email . They approved an exchange even though it was outside the 7 day return /exchange policy. And since I needed the sink urgently, it was delivered within 18 hours ‘ so impressed. Will definitely buy from them again.
