This is my 6th pair of these shoes. I have bought them over many years. They are my go-to shoes for everyday and just about any other occasion. They are exceptionally comfortable, look good and are hard wearing. Previously I had heel spurs and shin splints, but they have not recurred since wearing my Frankie4s. I’m on my second pair of these shoes! They are perfect. I initially was in the market for a supportive pair of enclosed shoes as my knees were starting to cause me some pain after longer days walking or standing, these fixed that problem for me. Although they are a little on the expensive side it’s worth it.They come with an insert pack so the support is customisable which is great, I just wish you could purchase the support package separately as that’s what has prompted the second pair.The NAT sneaker is fairly waterproof (leather) but I would recommend water proofing if you live in a fairly damp or wet climate.

I do like the styling of my Frankie4s.However, as a physiotherapist, I do like shoes to have more flex in the sole at the instep, for push off, fast walking or some running when in a hurry. The sole of my new sneakers are a bit stiff & then when I do try to flex there, it pulls on the heel which has steel incline instead of being more upright, which would be more comfortable & less likely to cause blisters. I also think it would be possible to have a wider toe box, as we naturally have straight toes, not toes with bunions! I shall look forward to your designs as such in the future.

My new pair of Nat 3 replaced my previous pair of the first iteration of Nat. I wear them every day, summer and winter to school, where I am on my feet all day, then to the shops, chores, and general running around. After all these years, my first pair has never disintegrated, they had just started to look ‘less than fresh’. I bought this new pair to keep for ‘good wear’ and am still punishing my original pair daily. I’m wearing them even as I write this. The quality is real, the investment is golden, and my feet feel as wonderful in the evening as they do when I first get dressed. Thank you Frankie 4!
I love these Nat III white tumbled sneakers. I've been looking for a pair of white leather sneakers for quite awhile and tried several different brands but had to send them all back because they all pressed uncomfortably on my big toe joint. I'm so glad I tried these. They feel great on and don't press on anything. I especially like the subtle gold eyelets and the shoelace aglets. It takes the shoe up a notch without being over done. Really sharp shoes.
The Nat III are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! This is my second pair of Frankie4 shoes and definitely wont be my last. I recommend them to all my friends and family. The arch support is beautiful and has reduced my backpain. Strong and durable leather. The shoe is fashionable and goes with every outfit. Love the option of having long or short inner soles and the shoes accommodate for my orthotics perfectly. They are built to last, I was able to wash my last pair multiple times. I will be purchasing again.
I love Frankies for their comfort, style and durablity. I have a pair of the Nat II sneakers and bought these as a new pair as my others are well worn! I was a bit disappointed that the toe shoe is narrower and made the shoe feel a bit smaller compared to the Nat II. It means I can't have the whole foot bed in and need to use the half which is a bit of a compromise on comfort. The colour and overall style is still great. It would help if there's more info on the website about the different fits between styles.
The shoe is comfortable and reliable.in fact it is the third pair I have purchased over a number of years.I buy them because they are not white - the Nat chalk colour works with my colour palette perfectly and it’s hard to find casual sneakers in this colour. However … I’m bored with this style! It would be great to see a style update! A chunkier sole or an on-trend slight tweak or the Nat chalk colour-way added to a new style. Also, the shoe laces are not long enough. I wear orthotics with a high arch and I just manage to tie them up.
These shoes truly stand up to their reputation for comfort, quality, and style. The customer service in store was so refreshingly attentive. Stephanie from Manuka was so empathetic, knowledgable and helpful. I have suffered from a strained tendon and plantar fascia and I can wear these all day and not think about my feet once! Definitely worth the investment! I can't believe I waited this long to purchase a pair of Frankie4's!(The Hunter sandals I recently purchased are also super comfy and supportive, and tried on some Billie's today, also amazing!). I'm hooked!!
To be fair so far I have only worn my new Nats around the house, trying to "wear them in" before I venture further afield. Fit is great but they are quite firm. I guess from all the reviews I was expecting to put them on and fall instantly in love. That didn't happen but I am still hoping love might come with a bit more wear. The "chalk" was also a bit more beige than I was expecting. They are a superbly finished shoe and I can definitely see and feel the quality in their manufacture.
