I purchased this bike within hours of learning we were headed for a Covid lockdown. It arrived promptly, was more annoying to put together than ikea furniture (I hadn't realised that) but easy enough to follow with a little patience. It did however have a factory secured piece fall apart within the first 2 uses which was very disappointing. However, I am so happy to say that even with lockdown the company organised a repair team within the week. Im now loving using it again. Extremely happy with purchase!!

Good product but ended up being faulty. Your warranty process is appalling. I myself have recommended this same product to 2 other friends that ended up purchasing the bike before finding out my bike is faulty. Your process consist of filming of the bike which does not prove My bike is much noisier compared to the other bikes, all bikes sounded the same on a film clip. Your agent believed it was my flooring and that recommended me buying a rubber gym floor mat which is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I emailed and said I have 6 months labour warranty, 2yr parts, 5yrs frame. Tech was sent out, David. He checked the bike and believes it is faulty as well, the fan isn’t straight. I purchased this bike and was a little worried about the quality given it was the cheapest air bike I could find. The quality is much better than I expected, I am 6'5 and 100kg and the bike is really solid, gives a great workout, perfect for a quick workout!

The shipping process was super fast, I ordered on Saturday, and received a notification on Tuesday that it was out for delivery.Really great value considering other quality air bikes from name brands are retailing at $1300 + including shipping. Assembly was actually quite quick and simple, I put it together in under an hour on my own. Bike is very sturdy and stable when you're on it, and you can connect a HRM strap provided it is on the polar 5khz frequency. Great value bike. Can vary position with feet on fwd foot pegs for upper body only. Also can run in place with control using whole body!Missing a screw & free bonus HR monitor didn't arrive as bonus to sale but I'm sure that will be just a phone call away as customer service for multiple items so far has been excellent.
Real good quality for a reasonable price! Great addition to my home gym. Delivery was quick too, despite the pandemic/ lockdowns it was delivered really quick after dispatch. Keep up the great work team Gymandfitness!
I'm surprised by the quality and strength of this Air Bike. And the special feature that blocks the wind to hit you while exercising makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE on these cold days! I strongly recommend it. Downside: It took me 4 days to finally buy it cause the sales channel was not as fast as I wanted.
This is a great addition for a home gym, originally the pedals were missing from the package but the call centre were great and sorted it straight away without any issue.Absolutely love this my partner and I use it multiple times a week
