Exceeded expectations!

If you are looking for the elliptical machine size and standard that you used in the gym, this is the one! I was worried the 17"stride may not be big enough for my family..all over 5"8 because I read about some ellipticals with 20"stride. Well 17"inch is plenty!! The machine is gun-metal black and looks like a sculptural piece! Very happy with quality of this machine. I didn't have to put it together so you will need someone who knows how to put things together (about an hour).

I was very pleased with the customer service and time the elliptical trainer arrived.I have been using it on a regular basis and enjoy the different training options but unfortunately the trainer is mostly noisy at some point of the workout. I was hoping for a quiet experience.

Good machine, easy to use.

We’ve enjoyed using this machine: it’s very quiet, easy to operate and comfortable in use. The assembly instructions could be better but it’s not hard to figure out.

Tough assembly. Terrible instructions

The instruction manual that came with my machine (maybe at the moment they’re using to 90s style unrefined unedited outdated manual stock) is terrible. And wrong. The first instruction was based on an older model or something and screwed up the whole process. Confusing or missing steps.It’s a solid machine once together, but unless you are extremely comfortable w assembly don’t get this without it being delivered done.It wouldn’t take much to update this stuff and get it right.
