I bought this device to measure ketones in my blood while pursuing the keto programme. The device is easy to use, takes a tiny amount of blood and gives you the results in 10 seconds. Would definitely recommend it!
I bought this test kit to check my glucose/ketone index during periods of therapeutic fasting. The kit has everything needed for this and it is very simple to use. The meter, test strips and lancet pen are all contained in a handy case.
