I usually wear the balconette bra from Soma, but I was excited to see another option on the VS website. It was higher priced ($70) and coupons did not work with this brand (Freda). I still ordered it because I wanted to try it. The fit was good in the cup. The straps though are not cushioned and fill like they are cutting into my shoulders. Especially with a 34DDD. I will wear this bra but will not be buying another.

I never really look at the UK brands, but this one is so pretty and I found it in my size (smaller band, bigger bust). I wish I hadn't waited to long to try Freya! Beyond being beautiful, it's really well-fitting and sculpting, without a ton of padding. I love the U-back straps, which do not slip of my shoulders...one of my most vexing issues. I can comfortably wear Idol all day. and that to me is everything. Don't hesitate on this style!

Great bra. Gave me a good shape. However I saw the same bra cheaper on another website at full price. The great thing was it was on sale for 50% off. I bought 3 bras with Bravissimo for ÂŁ117 but bought 5 of the same bras for ÂŁ98. So if you definitely know your size I would shop around. Bravissimo are more expensive at full price compared to elsewhere. Why pay more when you can pay less like for like.

So, originally when I purchased this, I was excited for it as it looked like it gave the shape I prefer, seemed sturdy, and would be comfortable. Sadly, it gives me the worst shape possible, and spreads them so far apart it looks like I have well, pyramids on my chest. It's not a flattering silhouette for my shape at all. It would be amazing for someone that's more tubular, or perhaps with closer set breasts that want that separation but I do not.

I was between sizes and was suggested that smaller back and larger cup best supported boobsI went in with a 32FF bra and purchased this great t shirt bra as 30G online a few weeks later. Good eco packaging btw. I am slightly worried that trying a bra on in store for 10 mins is Very different than leading my normal life. So have moaned at husband saying my ribs are achy with such a firm fitting around strap. I am persevering as I think it will even out. I have noticed that when I come in from work and tale bra off - only the bottom hook is locked. Not sure why. Anyway I dont feel as trapped now and hoping the bra band never loosens in public! PS. I’m petite with fairly big breasts and it’s hard to find bras that offer excellent full coverage with a small back band. This bra has it all. FOr reference I’m 5’3” and 110lbs. My true bra size is 30 DDD(F) which is very hard to find. Freya makes this size and it’s so comfortable while providing great coverage so the girls look lifted and full. And bonus the bra is only slightly lined and comes down far enough in front that I can wear tanks and scoop necks with it. It’s a pricey bra but totally worth it.
Pro, wow a bra that fits me. I’m a 36i USA, so in euro I’m a 36g. 36 inches around the ribs, 44 around the bust. I feel nice and secure.Also the straps are stretchy, not firm, so it doesn’t feel like they’re digging into me so hard.Also worried that I was gonna spill out the top due to it being balcony, but I don’t, it lifts me nice and I feel security.Con, the straps are a little sharp around the edges, like itchy? Only if I reach down to pick up something. But I just put it on, so maybe that texture goes away with time.The band could be wider, it only has 2 hooks. Not that it really affects the comfort level, but bigger busts feel like they need wider bands.Overall good bra, I’d say a nice day to day bra.
I really wanted to like this bra. I was advised by very helpful customer service to go down a cup size. The back fitting was perfect but the cup slightly too small. I exchanged it for my usual 34 HH and there was no way the back would fasten, it felt like a 30. So I exchanged it for a 36H and the cups were very big, at least 2 cup sizes. I’d advise to try this one on in the shop because if you get the right size it’s a great bra. I bought another Millie instead! Customer services were excellent regarding my numerous returns.

I’ve bought this bar a few times as It is very comfy & a nice fit for me . My only complaint is the fabric it’s made of never remains white despite being washed on its own & it’s the only bra I’ve ever had where on each purchase I’ve had to replace due to the bra bones working their way out on all the colour variations . They are very sharp & don’t have caps on the end . I still own bras from 10yrs ago that have been worn very regularly that are still intact but these don’t seem to manage more than a few months which works out expensive but I would buy again & again due to the comfort level .
