Fantastic product but easily stains everything from your hands to the bath tub so I advise to use with caution, wear gloves and thoroughly clean your tub and the bottles down after use. It says it instantly knocks out brassy tones and has opti-plex technology to reconstruct bonds after chemical, styling and environmental damage. It weightlessly smooths the cuticle for smoother, softer hair. I lathered it up on my hair, although I didn’t notice much ‘lather’ tbh, and then left it on for the instructed 5 minutes before rinsing it out. I used gloves, as it says on the bottle to use gloves if possible as staining may occur. The purple got all over my bath and walls! I do have a slight link to my hair in the 3rd photo as I left it to dry naturally, whereas I used my hairdryer this morning (no straighteners).

I bought this based on brand name and reviews - I have used it now around 3 years and never tried another purple shampoo as I’ve been happy with the results. I wear clothes as it does stain your hands! I mix it with my normal shampoo do it brightens my hair and doesn’t turn it too ashy. Best purple shampoo

This is a brilliant purple shampoo. It cuts through the brassiness extremely well. The only downside is it's MESSY (like most purple shampoos though). I recommend using gloves to avoid getting your hands stained, and it does stain the shower curtain if you have one. A little goes a long way and it's just brilliant. Can be a little drying, but nothing a conditioner couldn't remedy.

Fudge Clean Blonde Purple Shampoo

The smell.of this shampoo is amazing. The size of the 250ml one as well is quite generous, so though it's a bit pricier pricier other well known purple shampoos, it will last me a lot longer so not much difference in the end, and has better results. Also I find the cheaper brands to be quite drying to your hair, something bleached blonde people like myself definitely do not need. This leaves hair, soft, easy to manage and style and am really impressed with toning results from it. Did stain my nails slightly for like half a day, so maybe would say use gloves. Will be a regular purchase for me now and I'll be recommending this to friends.

Fudge Clean Blonde Violet Toning Shampoo 250ml

Smells amazing. Helps when your roots become slightly yellowing or before next hair appointment. Helps brighten blonde and leaves it vibrant. However beware leaving this product on too long will send your hair violet - grey colour . My hair is very porous so have to put on wash straight off. It leaves hair soft too it’s not drying. Lasts a long time as don’t need to use much product.Would highly recommend as a treatment every couple of weeks to keep brightness of blonde.Love this

I have dyed dark brown shoulder length hair. I have used Fudge purple toning shampoo in the past, which has worked reasonably well. I decided to try Fudge Blue toning shampoo after researching blue toner.I have used Fudge Blue toning shampoo for my last 3 toning washes I use every other hair wash, using my normal colour shampoo conditioner at other times. I decided to try the 50ml sample size of blue shampoo to try before committing to a full 250ml sized bottle.I have found the blue shampoo removes the more orange red tones from hair, leaving my hair with more natural brown colouring. I havent found it stains my white bathroom tiles or the grout. I tend to give my hair a quick first was through, then on the second wash, allow the toner to work for 34 minutes, rinse through and apply the conditioner as normal.I have had no issues with either the shampoo or conditioner leaving my hair in poor condition, or drying my hair out. I am pleased enough with the product, that I have now purchased the full 250ml sized bottle of blue toning shampoo conditioner.

Good daily shampoo

The product is good to use as a daily shampoo. It leaves the hair feeling much smoother than other purple or regular shampoos. It removes brassy yellow tones from deeply bleached hair perfectly. Although it doesn't work well as a toner used straight after bleaching. The length of my hair were perfect silver shade after one use, unfortunately my freshly bleached roots reminded yellow. However as the product is not advertised as toner I wouldn't expect it to do this kind of job. I am satisfied with the product and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody looking for a good purple shampoo that won't damage your hair. I consider the price a bit too expensive, although I can see my hair looking healthier, therefore I think it's worth it.

Not as good as some

This is a quality product and leaves hair feeling great. I just found that it’s not something I would purchase again in the purple shampoo and conditioner ranges. Makes hair feel great but find that it doesn’t get rid of brassyness too much and if left on a little longer then has the blue / purple effect. Great if that’s what you want but I didn’t want purple streaks. Great price and product. Just not for me

The best purple shampoo - wont use anything else

I have tried so many purple shampoos even olaplex and I cant help but feel that they all make your hair feel a little dry to some extent. I dont feel like this with the fudge one and I end up coming back to it time and time again. I dont think you need to use loads to make a difference and the bottle lasts me a while and I have long hair. Its the best one I have used and I think I will stick to this one after trying so many.
