Speed of delivery was great! ordered last April 17 and received by April 19. The packaging was very secured. I've spent many days looking for a shop na would prioritize the security of the product. Worth every penny talaga to purchase from this shop. There are other stores who offer much cheaper films and read so many bad reviews because of poor packaging which may cause dents on the box and possible damage to the films!! Hopefully every film would develop properly 💜 will provide update aftr using it ! Thanks seller 💜🫰🏻

The quality of these are absolutely amazing. The pictures come out stunning. The black and white film always elevates my pictures. Definitely one of my favorite film color options and packs that they make. Definitely worth it.

Well, friends, although Instax MINI we couldn't consider a severe photographic medium, it still makes us happy, as well as our children. The Black and white film, in my opinion, fits the best for portraits. Especially with natural light — but this way you should switch off the flash, and set your camera on a tripod or something like that to make sure it's fixed motionless for long exposure.Try soft light from the window or even studio lighting. And you're going to be amazed with the results.

Definitely an interesting addition but also a bit odd
22 November 2016

Couldn't wait to try this new Instax film. Ever since Fuji discontinued FP-3000B, I was looking for a new instant B&W (Impossible Project is too expensive). First of all, this film doesn't seem to be a true black and white. I suspect it's a reworked version of their color film that's designed to create a grayscale image. Blacks are not very deep and there are definite color casts at times. When viewed by daylight, images are slightly greenish. Indoor illumination looks more neutral. Overall the feeling is cool rather than warm. Some people have claimed that strong colors actually come through as colors in the image (yellows particularly). I haven't seen this but think it's possible based on the color casts I've seen. So it appears that this film may not be a genuine ... MoreCouldn't wait to try this new Instax film. Some people have claimed that strong colors actually come through as colors in the image (yellows particularly). I haven't seen this but think it's possible based on the color casts I've seen. So it appears that this film may not be a genuine B&W chemistry but a kind of chromogenic system. That said, it's a lot of fun to use and produces some very nice images. Like the color Instax film, the latitude is a lot like slide film (virtually zero!) High-contrast scenes will have blown highlights and blocked shadows. This can look great for certain situations, but if it bothers you, stick to low contrast lighting. There is a fairly nice range of grays if you can expose the film correctly. Unfortunately, most Instax cameras (I'm using a Neo 90) are a bit unreliable in this department. The key is to experiment to get a sense of how the film and camera's exposure system work together. (I wish somebody would bring out a really GOOD camera for Instax). I scan my images to 16-bit grayscale using an Epson Perfection V600 scanner, so this takes care of the non-neutral tone. Results are pretty good. Give this new film a try. It's enjoyable and interesting. And above all, we need to encourage Fuji to keep B&W instant film alive and perhaps expand into other sizes!

Doesn't pick up contrast very well
21 August 2023

I bought this film for my funeral themed birthday party but didn't end up using it after my first few shots came out looking horrible. The film doesn't seem to be able to balance light very well, and anything in the foreground, i.e. people's faces, come out extremely white washed while the background is clear and detailed. Unfortunately, I'm not a professional so have no idea how to make the most of the environment with this film and I probably wouldn't buy it again.

Exactly What Film Shooters Wanted, thank you Fuji!

On the heels of the discontinuation of their peel apart instant films, Fuji's Instax Monochrome offers some comfort to the mourners! It's no FP-3000p but it's probably the next best thing, particularly when used with a MiNT TL70. Fuji Instax Monochrome renders true b&w. While processing, you may see various hues but afterthe film is fully processed and cured, the resulting image is a faithful monochrome without tinting. Contrast and tonality are well-balanced and sharpness is on par with color Instax. Monochrome seems true to the 800 ISO of Fuji's color Instax films and it processes in about the same amount of time and has the same temperature sensitivities. One thing I don't like is that the foil packaging for this and all Instax films is identical. Not a big deal, but seems odd to package different films in identical wrappers. The peel aparts had unique ones. This film has certainly renewed my interest in shooting Instax. It's slightly more costly than color but well worth it!

Low contrast, milky blacks
2 July 2024

Being a lover of B&W photography, I had higher hopes for this film. I was expecting the contrast to be more like the sample image on the packaging but what I got from the first slew of shots was low contrast images with milky blacks and gray whites. As you can see, it wasn't a low contrast scene either; a white car in bright sunshine with harsh shadows. Maybe it was just this batch of film but so far I'm not impressed. Also, it doesn't seem to behave like traditional B&W film in the sense that the addition of a contrast filter does not increase contrast. I held a red contrast filter over the lens and took a picture of the sky with some clouds, overexposing the shot to compensate for the red filter factor, and the result was pretty bad. It looked dark gray and muddy. ... MoreBeing a lover of B&W photography, I had higher hopes for this film. Vintage Vibes Captured Perfectly!
19 February 2024

The Fujifilm INSTAX MINI monochromatic instant film exceeded our expectations in capturing vintage vibes flawlessly! We used these for a vintage-themed event and wanted our photos to have that old-fashioned charm. The quality of the film is exceptional, delivering crisp and timeless black-and-white images that perfectly suited the ambiance we were aiming for. It added an extra layer of nostalgia to our event, and everyone loved the results. Highly recommend this film for anyone looking to capture classic moments with a touch of retro elegance!
