Awesome little gift set! The mrs loved the photo album that came with it and the carry case is really handy.Easy to use and perfect to capture moments and memories with. Found it better than the instax camera as you can print any photo you have on your phone.

Fun Accessory

This little printer is awesome for events and nights out. It's a lot of fun to print off a photo you just took with someone, especially seeing their reaction when you hand it to them. The prints are credit card sized, which is super convenient. I think you'll enjoy it particularly if you're the type to take a bunch of pictures when out with friends. The Instax mini prints are the perfect size for building up a collection of memories in a box or scrapbook for example.

Get's it done

It's okay but kind of wish I'd got the kodak instant mini 2 instead (it's meant to be better quality prints). I picked this one because the app is meant to be good but it's pretty average, the video/qr code feature is so poorly done that I had to make my own qr code (you can't upload videos just make it in the app). App feels clunky and awkward to edit for the collage feature

Great for memories on the go

Fantastic little device, the print quality is good for whst it is just be mindful of two things1/ It might take a couple of times to properly prepare a new cartridge, ours took 7 tries to get rid of the black plastic seal.2/ The photos come out lighter than what they look like on the mobile.Other than the above niggles, everything works really well and we love the printer!

Instax Options

This is the third Instax Mini that I have owned. I had the first generation, and the battery life was okay. The door kept coming open and I lost a lot of film. The second generation was much more robust. The battery lasted a lot longer - and it was replaceable (so you could carry an extra battery with you). This one, while fun, is a bit bulkier and has no removable battery. The Link app is fun as well, and does connect using Bluetooth as opposed to Wifi, so a bit faster than the previous two generations.My recommendation having used all three is - if you're looking for an Instax Mini printer for the fun-factor, then go with this one. Love it!

I love to journal but didn’t like to print out normal photos for it as it took up too much space. I also refused to use printer ink because it costs my soul to constantly buy ink. This has been so perfect for journalling and the quality of the photos are amazing! So happy with my purchase.

better than the actual Instax camera

I chose this over the camera simply because with this one you are 100% sure that the pictures will turn out ok. With an instax camera you pay basically $1 dollar per picture not knowing if the exposure is going to be good or not. With this one, you can also adjust the lighting in the settings so you know that it is going to turn out ok.
