I have a fujifilm hand grip and I can't say I use it very often. I do not feel the need. I have large hands; larger than my old pentax DSLR, but I just find the fuji bodies comfortable despite the tiny grips. Perhaps this grip would be more useful with a heavier lens. All this said, it is not a difficult product to make, and you can find third party options that are much more affordable and do the exact same thing! Some even have beautiful wood stylings that really play into the retro feel of fuji camera.

Fujifilm MHG Metal Hand Grip

The MHG XT5 metal hand grip fits securely to the XT5 and is very easy to install. The physical texture and style matches and compliments the XT5 perfectly. The grip does increase your ability to grasp the camera more securely. It is certainly worth the investment. B & H delivered my order overnight for free. You can't ask for more than that!

Great Grip

Fits perfectly ... gives additional security with my old hands and no noticeable weight increase issues. Plus it has an Arca-Swiss plate for use on my tripod.

Hand filling

I only wish it was a battery pack but i was surprised at how this adapter filled my hand and made holding the camera and lens steadier. It makes vertical framing and shooting easier. Great add to the body and would tell everyone that when they order the X-T5 to just add this to their order. Fuji does it again.

Miss the battery grip....

No battery grip option for the X-T5 but his metal hand grip does help with supporting the camera with big heavy lenses like the 50/1.0, 16-55/2.8 and 50-140/2.8 Fit and finish excellent.

Must have accessory for XT5

I added this grip on to my XT5 and have been very happy with it. In addition to adding space for my pinky finger to rest it really makes the grip more substantial and nice to told.Other perk is the bottom rail for using a tripod without having to attach a separate mount.Inside is all felt lined to protect the body from scratches. Expensive but worth it!

Necessary Acessory

I purchase a grip for every generation of Fuji XT series cameras I buy. The camera just feels more comfortable with the optional grip in my large hands.

Nice Extra Grip

I have a similar Fuji grip for each of four Fuji bodies. All serve to give me an extra bit of purchase for my large hands. This one in particular is a great choice for the lens that is now standard on the X-T5, the 16-55mm f/2.8.I find this grip necessary since I'm also frequently using a tripod in the field. A single solution to for two very essential features.

Perfect add-on for the big hands

If you have big hands like me, you will never regret about your decision. It adds quite a bit of support and comfort to your hand. The battery door fully opens without any issue so you can easily exchange your battery as well.

Strange Service

Why send an item when it's useless to use without the camera. All you have done is to give your store a month long loan, at my expense, interest free. Not a good way to maintain customers.
