Great unit, cools the house down pretty quick - Cathedral Ceilings , and a lower staircase !, alot of factors to think of when buying. I love the quietness of the unit, and also the ease of the Remote, especially the POWERFUL Button !. This unit has to do a large area - more in height , but it cools the the top of the house down including 3 Bedrooms , kitchen, Lounge and Dining - All Cathedral heights . Im impressed. Qld , so haven't tried the Heater as yet. System has a great Blow - smooth and Quiet. Good for sensory issues. Was delivered in 3 Days - very grateful for that - as this was the only unit to fit my Space. ( Glass all around aswell ) . So after all the obstacles , I would highly recommend this Product. It does do the job required, but I wish someone had warned me that it's far quieter and more efficient to buy two smaller units instead of one of the larger ones. I actually paid for someone to come and advise me at home and I asked that question with no opinion given to me. The brand itself seems fine.

Absolutely wonderful unit. Quality build and styling, Fitter whom, was not from the Organization I bought it from, raved about the product too. Wondeful experience and have used it a couple of times. We having a late Summber coming our way as it usually very hot by now. Fantastic and quiet and efficient too,

Sounds good, what they don't tell you, is that this filter is recommended to be replaced every 3 months (it can't be washed), what's worse, this filter is around $80! Forget running costs and efficiency (which was important for me), you'll spend more money on filters than electricity! I wouldn't have bought this unit, if I knew their technology was this bad (other models with similar functionality don't seem to have this problem, as they use different technology). Sorry Fujitsu, this is a real design flaw, and I'm really disappointed in The Good Guys. This is the sort of thing they should be advising their customers on.
I wish it had wifi. But it fits great in a narrower space. No complaints and no regrets. Does the job great. Nice and quiet. The install guys from the good guys were also great. Would definitely use again.
I suffered from a grid power surge and needed to replace my existing Fujitsu unit. Got a new one of the same power which seems to use less power. Was a great price and delivery the next day. Even at Christmas
This is the only heating in my house. Previous air-conditioner of another brand not working very well decided to buy new went with Fujitsu because It was highly recommended needed it quickly because winter has said in and it’s freezing Plus I want something quiet previous one was not. Product was received two days after ordering super quick. installed the following day. so far so good. love the timer feature so I wake up to a warm house very quiet highly and I’m very happy I would highly recommend Fujitsu
Very happy to have had this reverse cycle air-conditioner installed for the recent hot spell of weather. It cooled the main living area quickly Ana efficiently. I havent had the opportunity to use it for heating yet but look forward to a greatly reduced gas bill for next Winter.
The installation went extremely smoothly due to the excellent overall build quality of the unit and its associated mounting components. Once installed, the technician had it up and running, working fault free from the get go! It is so simple to operate and if you get a Sensibo Sky unit, you can even create amazing stunts for the a/c to operate, like scheduled start/finish. temperature dependent scenarios etc. The a/c and the Sensibo Sky are a pair made in heaven
This is an exceptional product. It is a powerful unit, although we have never had to use it's full power. It is also extremely quiet. You have to look up to see if it is working. I would fully endorse this unit.
