Iodine deficiency disorder can result in mental retardation, goiter, increased child and infant mortality & infertility. The dietary intake for adults ranges from 0.05mg/day to 0.15mg/day. Ingredients Iodine (1.2mg per drop), alcohol, glycerol Suggested Use One drop of Fulhealth Molecular Iodine Colloid 3% w/w contains 1.2mg of iodine, equivalent to 8 servings. Add 1 drop to 1 cup of water and consume over 8 day period for a 0.15mg dose per day. For emergency disinfection of water add 1 drop per litre of water and let stand for 30 minutes before consuming.
