We use this style very often for the opera. They work for many periods.
I just love these shoes, I have a pair of 2 different colors. They have a good balance, they are very comfortable, and the fit is perfect. I may get another pair in another color. I cant imagine why anyone would not love them.

A little tight at the toes, but I tend to have wider feet (tend to be a size 9.5, ordered a 10). They’re sturdy, wonderful quality, comfortable, and easy to walk in.
