I filleted a fish for the first time in my life and it was like cutting into butter. These are a pleasure to own and feel so comfortable in the hand. I would recommend these to my chef friends in a heartbeat.
A great knife and addition to the stable, I use this for prepping food of all sorts from veges to dicing meat and cutting onions. It's a well balanced knife with a sure grip. It fits ergonomically and snugly in the hand making dicing and chopping too easy. Well worth the investment at its current price
Already had a fantastic set of Furi knives, but as I julienne a lot of vegetables I thought I'd get this one as well - why didn't I get it before! Perfect for vegetables and great weight.
