I feel invincible with this knife in hand. Without intent I adopt a deeper voice, a greater stance, and I swear my shoulders gain extra width. I swiftly dice, chop, and slice all ingredients with an aura of confidence I've not experienced before. Time ceases to exist as I enter a world of food preparation mania. Before I know it I've chopped every vegetable I could find in the kitchen. With a sheen of sweat on my brow and a slight pant in my breathing, I start to laugh uncontrollably with the joy consuming me. Then I hear "Oi, who the **** are you and what are you doing in my kitchen?!"
